UPDATE: I posted a sign on the mailboxes "AMAZON Package - Has anyone accidentally received my package? Delivered yesterday at 11:54am?" The letter carrier replied "Sorry My bad Wrong box, your letter carrier." Problem is I paid $22.95 extra for shipping to get this gift on time. Getting your gift after the date is UNACCEPTABLE when you paid extra to have it on time! ORIGINAL POST: Purchased an anniversary gift through amazon that says delivered by USPS but has NOT been received. Would like some help from the post office, but no one answers the phone when you call. Our mail carrier probably delivered my package to someone else, as this has happened numerous times. I get a neighbors mail. The neighbor gets mine. It is getting a bit ridiculous. If this was a REAL business, and not a GOVERNMENT agency, the fact they have such poor ratings would have management addressing the problems. But there is no accountability for the lack of service, professionalism and attention (or lack thereof) to detail. No one gets fired. Things just go on as usual.

A "sorry we missed you note" was left in my mail box. I immediately went online and scheduled a redelivery for the next day. But again my package was not delivered, I got online to track it and it says "your package is on time to be delivered today", well its 7pm and package still did not show up. The next day I called this local office and they DONT LIKE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL! I tried 6 times it would ring and then it seem that they would pick up the phone and just hang up on you....thanks for the outstanding customer service...Oh wait NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Then I called the 800 number which was noted on the note to call with any questions and all they said "were sorry I can re-schedule another delivery" I said "For what so they dont deliver again, next time I am going to UPS /Fed ex!" I also mention to her about the local post office not answering their phone and they said"we hear that alot I dont know why they dont answer". Well this has been a waist of time for me to say the least!

I have mixed reviews about this place, because the fact is that two important packages I sent through this center—to Germany and Texas—arrived perfectly without trouble. It isnt an unreliable place for me. I definitely agree with reviewer Chuck P. about the partly bald old Caucasian man, who refused to simply put tape on a small box that I was told to take and use directly from the center on the spot to mail something—he told me sealing it was my responsibility. I have another individual to add to the blacklist: an Asian with a name tag of Juan (strangely enough), who instantly pulled out tape for the box with no problem, but did not explain the Priority versus First Class mail packages thoroughly enough to me. He didnt care that I had made a mistake in using and marking on the less $-wise choice (within my circumstances for that mail at the time), even upon my following what he had said. I would advocate sticking to the female representatives here.

This is literally the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. The managers have zero customer service and the carriers are inept. Ive rescheduled a delivery three times now, none of the slips have indicated that a signature was required, but the carriers paper that he accidentally left on my lawn CLEARLY says signature required. (Reading is fundamental) And on top of that, theyve neglected to deliver on the scheduled days and tried delivery on days that were not scheduled! This will be the THIRD time Ive had to have someone babysit my house for this package. Ive filed a formal complaint with USPS about this branch. Its being sent to their district office. Im just infinitely frustrated and disappointed with their service. Its abominable, at best. If I have the option, Ill pay more for private delivery. And FYI: the manager Sean C has no clue whats going on and the manager Raoul Nuñez just doesnt care at all. Terrible attitudes all around.

I have been here so many times and not once have I been treated in at least an okay manner. This place has terrible customer service. Its workers are rude and arrogant. They act like theyre not getting paid to work there. I had a little trouble in the beginning because I was shipping to a military base so as I am not an expert in this field i turned to them for a little guidance and they were just so rude and almost pissed off at the fact that I didnt know what I was doing. Its all good I do it from home now which is probably what they want you to do in the first place (to make their jobs easier I guess). If I were that unhappy in my place of work I would quit and make room for someone who actually wants to work.

This post office provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The manager Raul is completely incompetent. I paid 25 dollars to overnight extremely time sensitive documents only to find out they had never been delivered. I contacted customer support and was told that was not an option from the machine. I called the post office directly and for an hour not one person answered the phone. I went to the post office again and had the horrible experience of dealing with Raul. He was totally unhelpful and made another "guarantee" that the documents would be delivered tomorrow. No refund on the 25 dollars I spent for nothing thanks USPS. You really need to fire Raul.

I dont know where to begin with the terrible service at this post office. First off, do not even bother calling. You can call 50 times throughout the day on any day and no one will ever pick up the phone. The managers probably have to be the worst of them all, as they take no initiave to provide adequate customer service. Also, do not schedule a redelivery as it wont be granted. Every time something goes wrong, I hear a pathetic apology on behalf of another manager. On a positive note, the mail carrier on my route is very nice. Overall, the management here needs to be replaced and they need to start answering the phone.

There is an old balding guy with glasses and a white beard at this location. Avoid getting serviced by him at all costs. He expects that you know everything about USPS and that you know everything about what you need done or shipped. He has no sense of courtesy and politeness is not his strong point. Even asking him simple questions, I was given a strong attitude and approached rudely. I saw this even when I was in line and I tried to let people pass in front of me just so that I didnt have to deal with this jerk. However the last time I went there a younger woman was more than helpful, so this offsets my rating.

handled with negligence and arrogance all the way through. But hey this is a monopolized industry and this is what happens when a business sector is ruled by the government--total inefficiency. if we have competition in any market, folks they need to improve. Or else, risk going out of business. I see that people are uniformly pissed off across the board. Well, maybe its time for the post office to be introduced to the competitive market. Why exist when you have no right to? without the government they would be nothing and they suck in customer service and in general service.
