The supervisor here, his name is Dave, is extremely rude and arrogant. I had a packaged delivered and the key they left me would not open the box. I ended up talking to Dave at the post office and he first said I must be trying the wrong box, then he said everyone else can open it, why cant I? He basically refused to help at all, he wouldnt give me another key, wouldnt send anyone out to open the box. And he is not interested in finding a remedy to the box not opening. So tomorrow I am going to wait by the box until the mailman shows up and hopefully he can get the box open for me. No help from Dave. The staff there is rude as well, unwilling to help at all. If you just want to buy stamps you probably will be fine there, any help with a problem, forget it.

Ive visited done business at this Post Office for many years (a few hundred times by now) and everyone is great. From what I notice through the years though is that they treat you the same way you treat them. Many times Ill be standing in line waiting for them to treat another customer before me and if that person is reasonable and keeps their cool they will be accommodating and more than helpful to resolve any issue or situation a customer will have, but if a person is coming at them with an attitude over some petty issue theyll suffer them for awhile, but after awhile theyll be less than helpful. The key thing is follow the golden rule...treat USPS workers the way you wish to be treated and you should have a great experience at this Mira Loma Post Office.

Theyve lost 2 packages in one week, one small parcel that was delivered "in mail box" but I was at home when the truck passed by and the parcel was scaned as delivered and when I went to check in the mail box it wasnt there, its been over a week and nothing. Second I ordered snowboarding boots and they were "delivered" but again revieved nothing. Same sorta thing has happened to my brother and sister in law. I dont know what happening, I dont know why theyre marking the items as delivered when theyre clearly not?!. I now have to deliver things to my boyfriends parents house in order to make sure I recieve my items.

Going into the post office is fine, everyone is pretty friendly. The problem is when you have to call them. A few months ago I had a package stolen by the carrier. They marked it as dropped off and it wasnt. They only thing they did was tell me to file a claim with my shipper. Well it wasnt my shippers problems, it was theirs. They take no responsibility for their services. I talked to several different workers and they were all rude and with short answers, talked over me and were completely unhelpful. Sucks you cant choose where your mail distributes from because they are awful.

This is the most pathetic post office anyone could have to deliver their mail. I just called the post office and the post master is gone for the day. IT WAS 1:15 IN THE AFTERNOON!!! If you want a package delivered to your house and it doesnt fit in the mailbox FORGET IT, they leave a notice and you have to make a trip into this pathetic little building where they typically only have one person waiting on people. They deserve to go broke.

April, Ofelia, Karen and Gerard: I think about having to stand on my feet all day as they do and the litany of what people bring into them to solve. I take them cookies at Christmas and share Lifesavers whenever I go to the counter. Im nice to them (what a concept), and I like to think it improves their day for the next customers.

Tried to call and got the supervisor, supposedly, he argued with me about how they didnt have control over the forwards. I called again the next day and theyve lost my $500 package from Michigan. Ugh. Like one other commenter said, I wish we could pick our own postal service people.

They are always very helpful and nice when I go in there. If I need anything mailed I will drive out there to mail whatever I need to mail. I will not use Rubidoux, only for my home mail. Mira Loma Post Office is the best and great customer service.

If you have any questions do your research before, the employees do not care in helping you, ALWAYS ask for a receipt sometimes they "forget" to give you one and if you remind them they gladly give you one with an attitude

Ive really never had any problems with this post office. its not my post office for home delivery but I use it all the time since its close to my home and the wait is minimal. I hate going to the Rubidoux post office.

I never had a problem with this branch. One clerk even offered to tape a box up for me instead of making me buy tape and sending me to the back of the line like other places.

The USPS employees there are a nightmare. They are very sloppy, they make no sense when they talk and they lie. They are reluctant to help. They are rude.
