Certified mail green card was not returned by the carrier. Delivery was shown to have been received by someone other than recipient. Carrier supervisor, Keoni, refused to listen to the complaint. Female clerks were very nice over the telephone. Do not use the San Juan Capistrano post office for certified mail. Use Fedex. This experience is the reason Fedex exists

I will never return to this post office. Lulu or whatever she calls herself, was very rude and condescending. I came in with my baby and husband, and we are an interracial couple. She was laughing and making rude comments behind our back (we could hear her)! If you are going to make judgments, make sure that its when the customers leave....

This is the very best post office in the whole world, with the very best, most pleasant, cheerful, professional Postmasters and Postmistresses that ever came along. Hurrah for the San Juan Cap post office... A pleasure to visit!

Just contacted the the san juan postal service over the phone with a positive attitude, after speaking to Becky for a short with her abrasive and aggravated temperament. I hung up.
