March 17, 2016. I just got back from having Wan or some other Phillipino postal worker close the door in my face. He didnt even have a chance to lock the door and told me, "were close". His English not mine. REALLY? What business does that? My dry cleaners dont do that. The hobby store didnt do that when I needed glue. In fact business will stay open later than necessary for customer service. I WAS there on time and he closed the door in my face. This is our tax dollars at work. I HATE the Laguna Niguel post offices policies and work ethic. Any good reviews you see are most likely written by employees family to try to balance out the plethora of BAD reviews. You suck! And Im going to treat you rudely every time I go from now on!!!! HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES?

Dropped off my package, but it wasnt scanned by them. After a week or so, I came in to inquire about it, and they insisted that I hadnt dropped anything off. Hopefully my package does turn up either to the recipient, or at my door. I will never ship anything with them again. Ive lost two packages before from USPS (costing me over 200 usd), and this is (hopefully not) the third one. I will be coming there again for one last time to inquire if their surveillance camera is actually working. Then theyll have proof that I actually did drop off my package. But other than that, I wont be using their service any longer. I dont normally write reviews, but this just takes the cake.

some of those people who are working here are Racist specially the manager who is always attacking the costumers instead of helping them! when he insulted me on Aug.10 2015 I asked his name and he wrote it on a piece of paper and gave it me " WAN ". another incident was this week on Wednesday Nov. 4-2015 when the mail woman delivered a very expensive package ( with a DSLR camera body inside ) she threw the package to our runway!! and when I asked her why you did that? she said WHAT!? I said You just threw the package to the ground! she said NO I DIDNT.... and left. my camera was insured but I think she was mad with USPS and wanted to hurts the Post Office

this post office sucks, they mess up on delivering my mail all the time. Recently they messed up on an important package delivery and on the tracking site it said that it couldnt be delivered as addressed which is totally insane as i am 100% sure the addressing was right and i was home all day the day it happened. I called the store literally 2 minuets after they had closed to inquire about my package and someone answered, coldly told me to call back during store hours and then hung up...i mean cmon if your going to screw up on delivering someones mail atleast let the person know whats up. All in all crappy delivery service and crappy customer service.

It is true what has been said in other reviews..Wan is a complete jerk and blames the customer. He WILL NOT take responsibility for USPS errors and talks down to customers and people much more his senior. Kevin completely lies to customers and is unbelievably lazy. When Kevin got caught in a lie he just covered his butt and his supervisor Wan supported him in his nonsense and pointed his finger in the customers face. Unbelievably messy situation at this postal office and its a shame to have no immediate alternatives.

No one answers the phone during open hours most of the time...and when they do, they seem incapable of providing any real help to inform you of why it is that online tracking information for a package has only stated "Delivery status not updated" for an entire week! I am going OVER THEIR HEADS and reporting this to their local Postal Inspector!

In store service is good, but the service to my home is unreliable. I cannot count the number of times I have left mail out early in the morning, and it might not be picked up for 2-3 days. Very dissapointing. When I called the local office to complain, I received a less than courteous response, as if I had done something wrong. Sad!

Wow, so many racists remarks on this site. Never had any problems with this post office, its run like most government offices. I just called to look for a lost package and Mike answered on the 1st ring! Totally caught me off guard. Wasnt able to locate my package, but I appreciate the effort. Thanks Mike!

dont hold your breath. Never pick up the phone, every day new delivery person, 25 years I lived here and at least 5-6 different mail person A YEAR, tells you something
