They dont even deserve the one star horrible mail service they skip our block whenever they feel like it. I sent out Christmas cards for the mailman to take November 2015 and my family and friends received them May 2016. I called the main line to complain about this office. Also they didnt deliver our mail around the same time we had credit cards and bills that never even showed up. Another time I see a mail lady sitting in her truck for 30 minutes she never got off and drove away. I called and she came back 5 minutes later. Another time I went outside and another mail lady passed mine and my neighbors house I said "Wow we always have mail and now there is someone new and we have no mail". She turned around and walked back and gave us our mail. Calling the post office here is a joke the supervisor is loud and rude and doesnt let you speak. I always drive to Chino to send out my mail.

I ordered a package rush delivery because I needed it to arrive as soon as possible. The company shipped it for me immediately and it arrived at this post office within 1 day of shipping from the company. The post office marked the tracking as "out for delivery" the same day and it is now 8 days after that and it still has not been received by me although the status now says it was "delivered"! Everything about my address was correct and I was home the day it was supposed to be delivered, but still do not have it. I called this post office and had to tell the guy I spoke to my information more than 2 times and after putting me on hold for 10 minutes all he could tell me was that he would try to speak to the carrier to see what he did with it - like hell remember and magically Ill get my package. AWFUL

WOW! The employees are always in a bad mood, they get very annoyed when customers walk in. They have terrible body language and they get upset when you ask questions. I almost forgot to mention that they never answer the phone, i have seen them personally ignore calls and if they call again they will disconnect the lines. I truly hope management does something about this to save the business, but it seems like the owners have accepted failure and are just waiting to close down. The employees are now just lame-ducks which explain the poor work ethic..

Pretty great experience, would recommend going to this usps! Less people go here so that means no lines! Workers were polite,dont be mean to them,let them take theyre time! And its pretty cool since its an old ontario building!

Unbelievable horrible ignorant $5 an hour employees at this ridiculous post office. Drive the extra 5 miles it is worth it. I understand now why people go postal! What a unbelievable experience trying to mail a $2 envelope

Workers in the customer service donts smile seems like they work in mortuary. They are not help full at all . They will yell at you, if you ask them same question twice.
