The blond mail princess does not deliver mail when she feels that you or your neighbors car is too close for her to get directly right next to you curb mail box and she simply drives off with your mail and delivers it the next day if she feels like it. My neighbor has a business and he could not figure out why his mail (payments from customers)was coming late, until he and I saw the princess to do the above maneuver - drives to your box and when she thinks she does not reach from her car straight to your box she drives off. This day, when I was standing outside with my neighbor, she skipped this way 3 homes in the immediate vicinity. She does not know she is being monitored by cameras from our neighbors and by old ladies neighborhood watch from the front windows. I am installing a mail box on the wall next to front door and cameras to follow.

Not only were the workers in the front YELLING for the people in the back while customers were being helped, but one worker seriously responded "No" from the back when asked to help. On top of all that lovely business, they LOST my certified school application I sent out!! LOST IT. I thought it would be SMART to drive to the nearest PO to the school to send my application--apparently it would have fared far better had I just sent it from Fontana. Never again!!

I am stunned that such poor customer service exist and people still have their jobs. For 4 months we have brought media mail packages to ship and instead of embracing the business the cashiers do nothing but give poor attitude and exasperation as they seek to demand us to leave to the other location because according to them, "we have too much packages". Enough is enough. I have contact the main USPS number and they directed me to Consumer Affairs.

Terrible service-this post office lost a registered mail package!!! i was left a notice on my door, when i went to retreive it the next day, it was not, there, the sorting facility, or with the driver. how do you loose a registered package?! i was told i would get a call in 24hrs, no call and my number was just written on a peice of paper and taped to a computer screen, terrible service, embarasment to the USPS service as a whole!

This place has absolutely no idea what basic customer service is! The attitude received from two of the front counter employees there is shocking, you would think they are being punished to work there! Does anyone from management ever review these individuals? There is only one gentleman, slims, shorter older employee there who is excellent at customer service and helping people not visibly bother because there are customers.

Today I was in this office and received a terrible service. The male worker with super long face was only there for going home as saying by himself. Female worker co-worker asked him to help next customers. He just ignoring. His moving speed was slower than tutorial. No wonder why this office has so poor rates. Hope the manager aware and make some improvement in the new year.

Wondering why we have not gotten any market ads in the last two weeks? People here are all seniors and we rely on our store ads.Some here in other buildings, say they have gotten theres. Dont know for sure! Anyway if you could please check on this us, I would appreciate it. A lot of us depend on rides to the markets, depending where the sales are. Cant do that without the ads.

Worse service. Our mailman delivers our mail to the wrong address and sometimes does not deliver at all. What is worst is that there are days when our mail box is empty and then all of a sudden we get 3 days worth of mail. I wonder how long is going to take upper management to correct situation.

I have recd an e-mail explaining I have not paid my PO BOX but I left the payment in the box prior to it being due. It is now April 6, 2015 and I am still getting e-mail that they will close my PO Box if I do not pay. Please go in my PO BOX

Almost always have to wait in line while PO workers are chatting it up w/ customers. Less talking more working. It a small location hard to park when busy. But kudos to some of the staff that get you in & out.

Its a small post office, so if it gets busy there can be a long wait. But the workers were nice, pleasant, friendly, helpful, etc. Havent had a bad experience
