Lets start off with...... The staff, some seem to be nice, some are just plain horrible rude... But lets talk about my experience. I often go here since I sell stuff here and there on eBay. I always tell them that is fragile and stuff and I started putting big "FRAGILE" signs on the boxes since my customers started to say the items come damaged... But I wrap them very good and try to keep them as good as possible... So one day I decided to stick around after I dropped Off my stuff.... And..... For my surprise! I saw the dude that just got my packages and which I told to please be careful..... He straight grabbed my box and tossed it across the table into their basket... Then he did the same to my other 3 packages!!!! And then I moved where he can see me when hell turn around... And his face impression was the same as when they say a person sees a ghost! I mean are you kidding me! Besides they never offer me insurance! And yes it my fault for not asking for it but its their job to ask you (remind you) if you need insurance!!!!!!! Worst just the worst in the world in my words! This facility seriously should be put into brand new employees!!!!! Now!!!!!!!!

Almost always a wait. The majority of the front desk staff (with the exception of the lighter skinned gentleman with the short hair) are extremely slow, act as if they could not care less about anything or anyone, and are not friendly at all - very robotic. Youll wait in line for several minutes, reach the counter and be sent to the side window (which is also a nightmare in itself!) They can help you with ALL transactions but most would rather not move from the counter spot that theyve planted themselves in for the day. I dread coming here but since this is the office that services my neighborhood, Im stuck. I go to other post offices out of the city whenever possible due to the bad service received here. I made a request to hold my mail for a few days and resume service on the 1st of the month, its a week later and Im still waiting for my mail! Complained at the desk and they said it was out for delivery (no mail yet) so ANOTHER complaint will be filed. Better customer service is needed here.

Weve been putting up with poor service from this post office for thirteen years. Our regular mail carriers have been good (except the weekend substitutes) but the management of this post office is horrible. Weve had to get a post office box at the Lake Elsinore office because the weekend residential delivery is so bad. When we tried to discuss the matter with the Citrus post office management we realized they are the problem - obviously incompetent and discourteous. When one of the counter workers was rude to my wife I spoke to the manager about it and he refused to acknowledge a problem even existed. I was finally motivated to write this review today because were having trouble getting a package that requires a signature that we missed the first time. It should have been re-delivered several days ago. The Lake Elsinore post office is much, much better. Weve had the PO box there for several years and the employees are always very courteous and helpful.

I enjoy dealing with this USPS office. First off, they do get busy but hey, thats why they are less expensive to use than going to a UPS or FedEx Kinkos store. Second, our local mail carrier that delivers in the California Meadows Wild Rose area south of Weirick and Dos Lagos is one of the most professional and courteous people I have ever met. He always has time to chat even if for a couple minutes and I understand how busy he is! He treats our 4 year old son great and my son loves running up to his jeep and picking up our mail! Recently my neighborhood experienced some mail theft that I found while walking my dog in a nearby canyon/walking path, the local authorities would not deal with it and he gladly took it off my hands and forwarded the open mail to his supervisor so they would take care of it! Thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication, this review also comes from MANY of my neighbors on the 9000 Block of Palm Canyon Drive!

Countless pieces of time sensitive mail not delivered in time or lost. We went to pick up our mail from this post office on one occasion since our culdesacs mailbox was broken into, and they gave us like 4 letters for the whole week that had passed. It seemed unusual that there would be this little mail for such a period of time. But, not being mailmen, we trusted the staff here. The next week, we had twice as much mail - all the mail from the previous week! Which included my dads jury summons which was now violated and his vehicle registration tags. Other examples: my ID Card, paychecks... Every week almost without fail our neighbors would stroll over and give us pieces of our mail that were for some reason in their mail slot. Or vice versa. This facility has less organization than a bumper car ride. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this place really deserves it. Sorry guys.

I dont normally post reviews but I feel like I have to here in hopes they are paying attention to their customers. As I write this, I am trying to call the office during their open office hours and no one is picking up. Im determined to get through to someone even if I have to leave the phone calling the entire time I am writing this review. So I have a business that is reliant on deliveries but I would often get messages on my tracking information that says that they did not deliver something because I wasnt open. That is hogwash because I have been open all day and I have staff always in the front. Twice they left packages in a community lock box but when they gave me a key to it, it wouldnt open it. I dont know who to talk to about that and I have had a package stuck inside that lock box for 3 days now with no way to open it. Very frustrating.

Im hoping this goes somewhere... MIKE AND ISRAEL ARE ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Mike is a customer service person with zero patience and likes to erupt into aggressive fits. Israel is his manager who stupidly defends his under-performing employee. They are both incompetent with Customer Service. Ive been trying to get a package since Monday and theyve done nothing but hang up on me and give me the run around. Its been 3 days and I dont even know where my package is, but the tracking information says its delivered. Zero respect, Zero customer service, Zero help. After this ordeal I can see why Trump wants to gut the Postal Service after dealing with these two children. You have an important job, take it seriously and treat it with the importance it needs. Its obvious that you guys dont care about your jobs.

Worst postal service EVER out of this station. I missed going on vacation with my family to wait for a letter that had to be signed for (tax documents) That part has nothing to do with the PO I sat here in my house ALL day waiting. finally at around 3:30 I hear the familiar sound of the PO Truck as I am going to the front door I hear the paper (sorry we missed you) drop on the front stoop, I ran out the front door and postal employee was already in truck and took off like a bat out of you know where. Tracking update says no one home...how would they know that if no one knocked or rang bell. Have tried for the last hour and fifteen minutes to call the PO to complain...no one answers the phone. Not the first time something like this has happened.
