I love the location - I walk just under a mile to get there - and I know not to be in a hurry. The customers in this particular PO tend to take a long time with their transactions, but the long-suffering staff takes the time to accommodate them. When its my turn, I get the same service, although I dont usually take so long. If there is a form to fill out I didnt know about, they let me just drop it at the same window without having to wait again. My husband and I have used this PO for years to handle our passport renewal, and there is a separate, much shorter line for that. The process has always gone smoothly. I love this Post Office! And I have never noticed what race the employees are....

This is the worst post office experience I have ever had in my life. The Asian lady with eyeglasses is very rude. She was rude and did not have any respect for her customers. She took my package and promised that it would be redelivered to the address that was given on the package. She said since the post office would pay for it there would be no receipt and therefore no tracking (said in a very rude matter). I took her word for it, expecting people to do their job properly no matter how rude their attitude might be. The package has now disappeared even though it had my return address on it. She probably just threw it away so she didnt have to deal with it. Lazy and rude, very bad experience here.

I received one of those "missed you, but need to sign notices" I went on the website and filled out a tedious form for a redelivery. I set up 3 redeliveries and no one showed up, no one called, no one emailed. Basically 3 totally wasted days. You might call the national number with your confirmation number - but theres an hour plus wait because of Texas and Florida. You might call the local number, but no one ever seems to pick up. This shows nothing but contempt for me. And it shows nothing but contempt for the sender, who paid for the delivery and signature. And if you dont want to get out of your car and walk 50 feet, then maybe you shouldnt be a postman.

Employees here are rude white asians and hispanic. I am jobless and trying to make a living by selling in ebay, I dropped 3 packages here already, the first time it was asian person who assisted me but really rude, second time was white that was also rude and third was mexican or hispanic descent very rude too , all the packages I dropped was in compliance with their rules, but I think they treat you the way you look. I might send my son or my wife inside to drop my package next time or I might go to mission viejo next time. This station does not even derserve one star, but I cannot post if I dont give them 1 star.

Im not from the area but I needed a post office, so I looked up USPS post offices on google and this one came up. It did not specify that it is only for residents within the neighborhood. I drove there only to be told that I must turn around I am not a resident and that the post office is reserved for residents only. It seems like a nice neighborhood, but if the post office is not open to public access, then dont list it on google and dont list it as a USPS post office. The lady at the gate didnt know where another post office was, and I dont have a smart phone, so I had to go back to where I was staying.

I have not had problems with any other Post Office location ever...except for this one in Laguna Hills!! The Asian lady with eyeglasses (I think her name is Karen) at the very end of the counter is very rude. My daughter and I were just appalled with her bad attitude. She was the one handling the passport processing. We asked her very politely but always retorted with RUDE, insulting, and unpleasant comments. Will never come back here! Does anybody know of a number to call to report rude Post Office employees like her? If anyone can reply to this comment with information, it will be much appreciated!

The lady with long brown hair has a BAD ATTITIDE. She was screaming at her manager for 15 minutes while I was in line. Poorly run location. One nice lady at the end counter though. always friendly but who has time to wait in line for half hours at a time.. Last time I waS there they closed the counter and forcing people to use the machines. I explained I had customs docs and needED help, I finally convinced tham. WHAT A JOKE. THIS IS ONE LOCATION THEY SHOULD CLOSE. Its not a good sign for the manager. What a whimp...

The older lady (grey hair, fair skinned) is extremely rude! I asked her for a second sheet cause I made a mistake on the first one & she refused to give me another one. She said no. Everyone makes mistakes, I dont understand why she had to be so rude. It was a change of address form, which is free anyways. She told me to go to another person and he didnt have any and asked me to go back to her... as I walked to her she walked away and left. Very rude!!!

Because its close to Laguna Woods Village, this Post Office is nearly always crowded with long lines, but thats the fault of the American People underfunding the USPS, not the employees at this station. Everyone here is always nice and friendly and careful to explain your options to you. If you have a simple mailing to accomplish, you can also use the automated kiosk which is available in the lobby even when the clerks are off duty.

Busy Post Office because they get all the patients and healthcare staff from the Hospital. They do an awesome job for the volume they get. I have my fav girl at the end. Shes a total sweetheart and always has a great attitude. The Chinese guy up front, though, is always an arrogant jerk (without him, Id all in at 5 stars). Everyone else is super kind, respectful and professional.

Very bad customer service. This is my 5 attempt in 10 minutes and no one picks up the phone. I am a local business owner who ships through them. Every time I call it rings and rings and no one picks up. When they do, they are rude and not helpful at all. They have lost many of packages that customers are waiting for and never get.

They shut the door in my face at 6:00 pm even though I arrived prior to 6 and was waiting in line with a number. I was only picking up registered mail and none of the 4 available employees would get my package. They did however stay past 6 to explain why they would not stay past 6. No wonder they are all going out of business!

DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE! It is ALWAYS packed and they never have more than 2 employees behind the counter! It is the WORST run business I have ever seen! No wonder they are closing everywhere! Go to the UPS Store they have everything the Post Office has without the Ridiculous long lines! Your out in a Jiffy!
