Went in to pick up mail, waited in line for about 15 min, then got to the desk and asked for my mail I.D. in hand. Frank told me that they dont do that at the desk becayse of the long line as well he wont do it and to ask someone walking around. I said okay then walked away to go ask for help as I was walking away the lady behind goes up and asks to pick up her mail. His reponse was ok Ill be right back and he left the desk to go get it. WTF Frank you just told me no and then as soon as I step away from the desk you tell the next person yes. Thats really messed up. He didnt even wait for me to leave out of ear shot to say yes. Because of this whole situation I didnt get my pay check and Im late on a bill all because of his BS. If I had a choice I would rather pick up my mail in Claremont. Also parking is terrible and the place looks old and like a dungeon.

Terrible customer service, not only did they lose 4 of my packages, (shipped priority mail) they insinuated that I had made a mistake. The supervisor not only lied to me but said theres nothing I can do for you. She lied on numerous fronts saying that they scan right away when packages are dropped at the drop off window. Really? Because thats why packages I dropped off yesterday morning still havent been scanned in. How can I run a business with these incompetent workers? Today was the first day that the drop off window wasnt stacked up 6 foot tall of packages. It makes me wonder what these employees actually do apart from bs and watch the clock go around in circles. Something needs to be done about this location. Please stay far away from this location.

Thanks for making my day.... bad! The other post offices never gave me so much trouble about having to ship something out of the country. Since when do you have to buy a label? The other post offices give me a sticker label to fill out and put it on my box. You are not a "packing service"? I saw you give a lady a roll of tape to tape up her amazon box. There was a roll of tape behind you lady! What is it for? If I had to pay more to borrow your tape I would have. I really needed to get this package out today, since it takes at least 2 weeks to reach its destination. Is this really what the tax dollars go to? Its not like you paid for the freaking tape.

No wonder USPS is going out of business! They have horrible customer service skills. They act like youre inconveniencing them. I was at the La Verne location trying to get a passport. I showed up early filled out the forms, only to be told that I needed an appointment. Of course, they dont mention that anywhere on the website, or that location. I tried calling the phone number for the post office and guess what? No one picks up! How exactly am I suppose to make an appointment?

As stated by others, the service is terrible. Not all of the attendants are rude but the majority seem as if you are bothering them by being there. Lastly, the hours are terrible especially if you are an individual that works full time. The post office hours are the normal working hours of a full time individual. So much for serving the public. If I can avoid going to this location, I definitely will.

Went in today for passport services. The guy asked if i had original birth certificate ,yes, and paperwork all for him to tell me it was too late in the day.it was 1 pm when i went in they close at 3 pm...really..... I would have to make an appointment and come back later. And the lady behind the counter said ohhh people usually come in the morning for passports Horrible service...

The customer service is horrible. The guy helping me was talking to his coworkers while I stood in line while he was helping others. He motioned for me to come to the counter to help me but that was the only interaction because he kept talking to his coworker. It was just really bad. I dont need to talk to you but I dont need to hear about your weekend with your coworker either.

This the the second time they didnt deliver my hold mail as scheduled. The guy who answered the phone was so impatient, rude and totally not helpful. When I told him the same thing happened a month ago and now it happened again. He said "I can give you a phone number for complaining". I give it one star because there is no way I can do ZERO star. :-(

Horrible service! Two of the officer are korean(maybe) and they are not nice. Every time I go to here they make me very angry! Bad attitude! I am an Asian too, the way they speak to me is very impatient! no respect at all! That is the reason why Id rather go to San dimas usps, even though it is a little bit far.

I tried to call asking a quick question regarding the passport. If they dont have anyone or time to come to the phone why dont just say so. Instead, they put me on hold for hour. Their phone number is useless and the workers are rude particularly the woman who handles the passport application.

All in all a very nice post office to go to. All the people are very helpful and try to keep the line going as much as they can. If you have a debit or credit card you can even pay for your postage or supplies at 4 kiosks. They still have some issues they could fix but what can ya do.

"No one is available to take your call." (click) This, in the middle of a work day. THIS, after being disconnected and dropped from two 800 numbers. We have missing mail and missed deliveries for days on end. No one cares one stinking bit. PLEASE go out of business soon!

I just moved to the area. I ship a lot for my business, and use USPS Priority Mail. I was worried BUT...This location is GREAT, and my mail carrier at my home is GREAT. If you guys complain about this, try some other locations.

Stay away from USPS, especially this office. Lazy, unfriendly and unhelpful people. Have a missing package thats supposedly been delivered worth hundreds. Go to UPS or FedEx, thats why they exist, because USPS sucks!

We came here for passport service. We thought the hours were great (only if they respect them). The lady that processes passports left 2 hours earlier than she was supposed to. This is not a reliable place at all.
