Unbelievable is all I can say. Ive been harassed and cursed at by the Pan Handler thats always outside the doors, had to witness him urinating in public,and the employees tell me there is NOTHING they can do. Really!!!! So in order to get to my PO Box I have to pass right by him, and theres nothing anyone can do to make him leave. WRONG!! What ever happened to looking out for your customers?? Then today I go to pick up my mail, and the doors are locked. The sign says Lobby Hours 6 am - 6 pm, and I was there at 7:15am. Now when I try to call them to find out what the true lobby hours are no one answers the phone. I might add they rarely answer the phone. DISGUSTED with this PO and the level of service they refuse to provide.

I used to have reliable mail delivery. Now they have misdelivered several critical pieces of mail in the last 10 mos. at great harm to me an my family. The manager that oversees my zip code delivery is useless. He was more interested in defending the fact that they deliver more than 60,000 pieces of mail a day than actually documenting and taking corrective action on what now appears to be a trend in his carriers. Disappointing! It used to be that you could depend on the USPS. Now I see why folks are looking for alternative communication avenues.

Can not even get someone to answer the phone! We need to get together and stop the rot that has penetrated our mail system. Who are these people who treat us like we owe them something when we go to the post office. Dont they realize we pay for their service and keep them employed !.

This post office is horrible. They are very unfriendly and 90% of the time their "APC machine" is broken. Delivery is not much better. Every neighbor receives their noticed from the city yet for some reason in the 2 years Ive been living here I havent received a single one.

Jose helped me ship a letter, told me the best way to do it and the most cost effective as well. I was asking for delivery confirmation, he explained what it does and recommended certified mail for my mailing. There was a long line and he didnt rush me.

This is my favorite post office . Ive lived in Riverside all my life , had bad service at most of the post offices in Riverside, not here !! Always courteous, and my favorite man knows my name

If I could give less than one star I would! The main branch downtown is usually so much better. I would recommend anyone not a local go to another branch besides this one.

We had about 20 small packages. The lady named Shannon wouldnt let us (2) people send more than 10 at a time. Never had this problem anywhere else.
