Worst Post office ever!!! I dont know what Elfida experienced or, how often they go. But I can tell you I go every day almost. M-F and they SUCK!!! if I could I would have all the employees fired and bring all new people in. Ill name two experiences I have had with them, there has been many more. 1.) I had my coworker pick up a flat rate box. They Sold her a regular mail box. When I went to return it they would not help me, and were very rude. I asked, I dont want my money back, I just want the right box, and if you could put the money toward that box. THEY REFUSED. I called corporate, and went to the one closer to my house, they help me, gave me a refund, and when I returned they even gave me a discount on my flat rate box because I was shipping to a APO (Military). I was told from corporate that someone from the branch would call and apologise, but they NEVER DID. Just from that experience, besides the day to day drama of dealing with their rudeness, I refuse to give them any of my money... Now I just go because my job has a PO box there. Which brings me to the 2nd experience that I really am ready to say screw it fire them all! #2) I was in the other day, and I had someone else mail in my box. So I returned it, just to be YELLED at by the guy behind the counter! What the Hell! THEY PUT THE MAIL IN THE WRONG BOX AND THEY YELL AT ME!!! I freaking hate that place, and if it wasnt for it being my job to get the mail, I would never even walk into that place again!!! EVER!!! --On a side note, I told my friend, because it was his mail that got put in my box, he works down the street... He even said the place was bad and then added "Yeah I only go in there if I have to. Its a joke" So I am not the only one that has had bad experiences with them!!

Most horrible lady at the counter. If I could give -5 stars I would to this lady. My six year old daughter was looking at a card and opened it, just one, and this African American lady started screaming at her saying " you can look at them but dont take them out". She said this easily about fifteen times, I didnt want to confront her because It wouldve been ugly so I ended up telling her that I would handle it. My daughter wasnt doing anything wrong, but she is on steroids which is part of her treatment to beat cancer , and whenever she takes this medicine is hard for her to control her feelings and actions. It was so unfair for this lady to judge my daughter and me, honestly if you hate your job and basically your life dont take it out on kids. Specially if she didnt know my daughters special situation. Because of ladies like this is the reason why Im loosing faith in society, what a crappy day

Call them because we keep getting someone elses mail. Same street number different street. Have called them 4 times . It happens at least 2 or 3 times a week even packages get dropped off at my house. Their response to me was not their fault a computer sorts the mail. I guess its just too much to ask for the mail man to look at the address before he puts it in your box. I always either to drop it off myself at the remind them that this is not the street addresses that the envelope is addressed to per what gets me is whos getting my mail. I went online and complained To website USPS , I immediately got phone calls from 2 different people even from this actual post office yet nothings changed. I received bills late bills missing its ridiculous

Sickbof companies that dont hire wnoufh staff. The place is constantly busy, as if there wasnt another post office for many miles. There is always only one person helping no matter how busy it gets. This is my local p.o. and it gets very frustrating. Most of the time the clerk is in a bad mood, so poor service is a given. I dont blame them all too much, I do customer service too and if the company doesnt provide help when the place is overflowing with people, I might be in a bad mood too.

Cant get a good postperson, for the past week and a half we have been getting everyone elses mail. I have been leaving it in the box and they still wont pick it up, I even left a letter for outgoing mail and that is still in my mailbox. I get mail for other streets, numbers mixed up. Where is my mail. Called Thursday morning and they said they would get it fixed. Never happened. Waiting until 10 am to call again .

This post office used to be closer to my home, they just relocated this year(Aug/2017). I still choose to drive to thier new location because of the great customer service. Because of the nicer area p.o. boxes are able to stay open 24 hours. Overall not a long wait and the staff do try there best to help me with any questions I have.

Ive been here during the lunch hour and theres always about 2 staff available. They are typically friendly during the times Ive been there. No one really wants to be at the post office, but having friendly staff makes it easier. Overall, not a bad experience and I get in and out sort of quickly.

Have not had bad experiences... I am usually in and out. Staff are professional and get things done which is always good... even though one of the staffs usually NEVER smiles... wouldnt hurt to see some whites...

Some of the laziest most awfull mailmen i have ever seen. Open my mail and deliver without a postmark? Already filed an official case in san diego. Will take this all the way.
