I have informed delivery and I was sent scanned images of my mail by email that never showed up in my mailbox and they were important. The postal mail carriers for my route suck , on a constant basis my mail winds up in others mailbox and vice-versa. How do I know this isnt another case of a postal mail carrier dumping mail like the one in Georgia who dumped mail in the woods? Postal mail carriers need to be held accountable. It is a federal crime and subject to prosecution. I hope a mail carrier gets suspended for this.

They need to either secure their facility or do a better check of their staff. My brother mailed his mortgage check from this post office last month and someone got hold of it, washed it and changed the name etc. and then cashed it. He has since been scrambling with his bank and the mortgage company ( who wants to charge him late fees) to fix the situation. He has had to close his bank account due top the theft of his mail sent from this post office.

I usually dont compliment businesses here because they dont deserved due to their lousy-ness but this USPS is amazing! Everyone here is soooooo nice and helpful!!!! Cannot compare to the one on Sierra, over there, its nightmares! Employees here are fast, efficient, sincerely friendly&helpful, not fake! And they have such a really good work ethics! Hope they will keep it up! Thank u all for ur service!

Strange -- I called about our business mail and the line was answered on the 2nd ring -- got immediate service -- they called my carrier and got the eta on our delivery for the day................ I use this office whenever I need to bring items in that have to have counter service and the line moves quickly!!!

Good service so far. The only thing that upsets me is that every time I call the office down in Rialto ave., nobody answer the phone & it some how goes to some fax machine(noise).Otherwise, thanks for your service:-)

Very small hometown Post Office. Can be very busy at times. They usually have three employees working the counter. Strangely enough the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

They never answer the phone, which sucks because they keep delivering my packages to random addresses. *sigh*
