I doped of a boxed package but needed to be taped closed. I find out the post office does not provide tape any more. They now sell it, so I questioned them about it. UPS and Fed Ex give you free tape if a box needs to be taped closed. I did get upset that I only needed about 1 cent worth of tape and had to purchase a whole role. I buy two rolls of tape and give it to the post office man, and I tell him its for any who needs tape. The man was a jerk so I come back the next day to check if the tape is there for customers and its gone. I question the same man where is the tape I purchased with my own money to be given to customers. The man admit to tossing it out, and yes I told him what was on my mind. If this kind of crap service was provided by a private company it would go out of business.

I think the African American lady working there HATES her job! First time I went she was rude just because I was waiting in line just to drop a package that I already paid. She saw me and said "really? Thats all you want? I just let it go and went back home. One week after I went back and the same lady was super rude again saying that I used the wrong envelope without explaining to me. She even started yelling at me in front of other customer when I told her that she was rude! I got my package and went to the usps in Rialto and they told me what I did wrong with a good actitud, and they even helped me changing the envelope and all. Thats customer service!!!!! Now I understand why that place is always empty. Worse employee ever!!

Manager was super rude wouldnt give me my mail, we recently moved and havent vhanged our adresses on the our i.d. cards and we go on thursday to pick up our mail and manager wouldnt give us it, he ends up just giving my dads mail only, my sisters mail was in there including mine we all share the last name and live in the same household and dont understand why my dad couldnt get everyones mail, despite this the manager raised his voice at us and was being very rude, few ladies there are nice. Anyways worst usps i have been to all my life

I am handicap so I cant go to the post office myself to pick up packages nor can I go to the mailbox. I rely on them to be delivered I missed my scheduled delivery day so I set it up for the next day and it wasnt delivered. Now I have to wait until Monday because of the holiday. I hate this post office. Such an inconvenience and one lady that works there is rude.

Scheduled a passport appointment about a month ago. Went in and employee at counter rudely says the person in charge didnt show up for work. No notice that appointment was canceled, we asked if we could rechedule. Writes a number for us to call that was disconnected. Waste of time

Clerk #09 was very knowledgeable about the services, quick (entire visit was max 8 min, including waiting in line), and was very friendly and helpful. One of the best experiences Ive ever had at a USPS office.

So far they have lost 2 of the flat rate boxes i have sent from this loaction. And i have only sent 2 boxes from this location. This is by far the worst USPS I have been too. Never going again...

This is my little Town postal office but is very friendly highly recommended very efficient excellent service very helpful and they have passport service too

Nothing. Postal service workers are rude. Our mail isnt sorted out when we go pick it up. We recieve other peoples mail in our bundle of mail.

Very good post office and good people also, this post office is closed on Saturday but the post office in Rialto opens Saturday though.
