The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I ship quite a bit so I am in there 2-3 times a week dropping off packages. Helpful tip: just about everything one needs to know about shipping a letter or package is on the USPS website. Neomi - USPS in San Bernardino started to have residences move their mailboxes to the curb a few years ago. Its a long process and will probably take many years to complete. Jeremy Martinez - You really need to learn how to spell. Dose = does; cuz = cause; sum = some.

I just recently moved and all my mail is being held because they are requiring the NEW people to put in a mailbox at the curb. Everyone in my block does not have a mailbox on their curb and they get their mail!!! They said I have to pick up my mail until I get a box, but there is a mail slot at the door for my mail. Dont get it??? When I called the person on the phone was not much help. She couldnt help me with anything. I asked her " What can you do??"

Horrible customer service.. Called this office to see if they can help me out cuz the main office downtown dose not answer there phones... But instead all i got was a rude attitude and zero help.. I wish fed ex or ups would take over for them... Ohh and my package was supposed to be delivered today but now will not be here till monday for sum reason.. And they will not allow me to pic it up

They are schedule to open at 9:00a, and didnt open until 9:05a. The are not pleasant people that do not like their jobs. You always get the feeling that you are being rushed. The staff is lazy and not that efficient. The area is depressed, and most people in that area are angry and low income and the postal staff definitely mirror that demographic; with their egregious ineptitude.

Sad excuse for post office . Mangers and employees have no common sense. Always in a rush to close even when its 430 . Definitely needs some checking up on from higher management . Something very wrong at this office . I ship over $500 a week in items from my online store Ill be using ups/fedex from now on . The employees here have ruined usps for me

Horrible experience went to go pick up my package, that they supposedly tried to deliver 3xs which is not true and if I didnt call my company í would have never known. closes at 5 got there 5:02 said she cant help me with 8 people in the lobby í said its just a pick up she said cant you see the lobby Im 8 months pregnant and this lady was soooo rude

Not bad compared to all the other post offices. Unfortunately it gets pretty busy on certain times of the day but thats not a problem for me. My mail always gets sent out on time and theyre really good Im making sure i get it as well. Employees are a bit on the edgy side but its one of those neighborhoods they have to be that way.

This is one of the friendliest post offices around. Even though they built one closer to us, we continue to use this one for our post office box and outgoing mail.
