For those complaining that they spend X amount of time on the phone, getting machine after machine... DRIVE YOURSELF DOWN TO THE POST OFFICE. THERES ONE IN ALMOST EVERY CITY IN AMERICA. AND GET THIS, YOU GET TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON EVERY TIME!!! The Postal Service and its employees (for the most part) always demonstrate exceedingly responsive customer service. The only thing that I find to be the only downside is the wait time in line during heavy traffic times. But in no way is that a negative comment on the post office. Its the people waiting in line who dont know how to properly write an address or fill out a form that explains itself. I go to the post office, have shipment/package/letter/stamp choice/shipping service ready, and Im in n out. Done and done.

For some reason none of my mail has been put into my box. Maybe once or twice, and I always end up getting other peoples mail. Now Ive been waiting on a w2 that was mailed out on Feb 29 and it still has yet to arrive, but i believe its because they keep putting other peoples mail in my box. I left my phone number and everything so they could check to see if it is being held but of course there is no actual number to call to get through, and the supervisor never returned my call about the issue at hand. Most of the workers are nice.

Dealing with the post office system helps one to understand the phrase "Go Postal." It is impossible to get in contact with a live person! Whats the deal? Yesterday I was on hold to speak with someone for 1 hour and 7 minutes! Really, no one is that busy! Today I keep getting a recording telling me to call another number. I call that number and get another recording. AAARGGG!

Terrible service.. Good luck trying to get a live operator for anything. Its like they know they provide terrible service and doesnt want to answer for it. I can see why USPS is going bankrupt. If you have a choice people, never use the post office. Use any other carriers, trust me. I would give a negative 10 stars rating if possible.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They are always able to answer my questions and help me out. I run an online business so Im there at least 3 times a week and they already know my usual shipping options. Great people and great service.

Where is my mail? I have time sensitive thing that need to be delivered and for the past week Im getting my mail at 7:00-8:00 pm at night!! No phone numbers work and Im just really frustrated with the mail system right now!!!!

So now they close at 6? Can they update their hours online please... walked in today and lady was ready to turn me away at 6:15, even though I came with prepaid labels and packages just for drop off.

I have had several packages pass through here, and they passed through very fast and smoothly. I have had no issues with this facility over the past few months. They are great!

I live in Beaumont however whenever we have a large amount to mail we go here. Fast Service and very good employees. It is worth the drive

Nice place. Always easy to drop mail off in the boxes. But the downside is, it is always busy to buys stamps or something from the counter.

Never ANY way to contact them by phone- just a recording that says if you want the passport office to call another number-
