THEY ARE ALWAYS PACKED AND WITH ONLY 2 CLERKS BEHIND THE COUNTER!!!! THEY OPEN LATE AND CLOSE EARLY!!! THEIR HOURS SAY FROM 8 AM TO 5 PM, BUT IF YOU GET THERE BY 4:15 THEYRE ALREADY LOWERING THE GATES TO CLOSE!!! I DONT GET IT, IF THEYRE SHORT ON PEOPLE JUST HIRE MORE!!! WHY ALWAYS MAKE US WAIT IN LINE FOR OVER 30 MINS!?!?!? ITS JUST RIDICULOUS!! I LIVE 5 MINUTES AWAY AND I RATHER GO TO THE ONE DOWNTOWN BECAUSE THEY HAVE MORE CLERKS AND LESS PEOPLE!!! GO FIGURE!!!!!

Great service! Although understaffed (like most Post Offices) both Elizabeth and Linda went out of their way to help me out of a Post Office Box issue that I created myself. They helped me get the PO Box I wanted and I could not be happier to be back at the Del Mar Post Office!

Ive always had good service at this location. There is sometimes a wait, but the staff make sure to give each customer the undivided attention they deserve. This post office has to have one of the best locations in the US...a very very short walk to the beach!
