I am a 100% disabled Veteran receiving my medications from the Veterans Administration. Numerous times when my Pain meds come I have to sign for them. The postal delivery person ALWAYS leave the tag on my door :Sorry we missed you" pick up you mail at the post office. They know I am disabled but yet they can walk up to the door and leave the notice BUT they NEVER knock of Ring the door bell as if they did my dog would bark alerting me someone is at the door. I have to load up my wheel chair and oxygen bottle, (which is a pain in the A$$ and takes time, and then have to unload and reload again when getting to the post office., and when I complain to the delivery person they only say no one answered the door (both cars in the drive-way), and the people at the counter only say,"that happens from to to time" and make you feel like an A$$ for complaining. They are very unprofessional and should be reprimanded and fired if their actions have received more than five complaints. This has happened to me too many times and I am going to file a complaint to the U.S.P.S. inspector general and let him know he should read the complaints that are posted on this postal site. I have never in all of my travels in the military service had a post office that treated people as these fold do here in Moreno Valley main office.

Rude! Poor customer service! My mailbox has been broken into a good 10 times. I live in an apt complex, so our manager had us picking up our mail at the post office. Every single time I would go in to get my mail they would give me bad attitude and tell me I cant pick up my mail there. I told them I was just doing what my manager told me to do. I asked to speak to the manager because they were being so rude and a black older man came out and started yelling at me in front of my daughter! I was like wow! Horrible, horrible service! Ive also had problems with them delivering my first class mail with tracking number on it to different addresses! I had sent them an email about my package not being received and they never got back to me. The merchandise I purchased was very expensive and I was very upset that I was getting no answers. A couple days later a couple from the next block personally dropped off the package. Thank God they were honest people. I really try to avoid using the post office as much as possible. The way paying customers are treated is just horrible. I wish someone would actually do something about this. There are a lot of people needing a job that will do it way better than what they currently have now.

Lets see where do I start. I sent my bills out from "their" box out front and they lost my mail between there and the building. I received notices that my bills were not paid and had to pay them online. I checked with the P.O. and the guy told me they could not trace it w/o a tracker number. Did I have one? Didnt that I needed one. Never needed one in 30+ years. Now get this, the postal worker told me I would be safer paying my bills online! I told him "Now I know why the P.O. is going out of business, nobody cares". And this is just 1 incident. Good Luck people, may as well get the Pony Express going again. At least they only lost 1 bag of mail in the 2 1/2 years they were running. Got another today..... Sent out a package to my son up in northern Cali. They finally received after 15 days. But....but here is the clinker! It was in pieces! Tire tracks on some of the contents. (one being a white shirt) .... Told the wife thats it, we start using UPS or FedEx....had enough.

According to USPS tracking, a package sent to me in Michigan has been sitting at this post office for 7 days. The last tracking information is that it was received here on March 31, and that is the last information showing. Their phone rings busy all day long, every day. The person who sent me the package has filed a claim and was told that packages often are not scanned at Moreno Valley and he was sure that it was on its way...for 7 days, of course. This is the third time in 10 days that packages sent First Class Mail with tracking have been "held up" for some unknown reason with no tracking updates and then magically appear at their destination. Of course upon delivery, the tracking information for the last 5 days also magically appears. And we are supposed to pay more and more and more for mailing when this is the service performed? I think not. More reason to use alternate delivery companies such as UPS!!

What a bunch of useless morons running this call in service. at the Moreno Valley central office. There is NO ONE that answers the phone and the voice commands will not even let you contact the postmaster. Typical taxpayer paid non user friendly operating procedures Two days in a row the same two pieces of outgoing m,ail was left i my mailbox and new mail was left so the person driving the delivery has their head somewhere else. Today the two pieces were set on top of someone else from Moreno Valley shipped a package that is destined for Australia and it was put in my mailbox with the two outgoing pieces set on top. Someone needs to address this poor and ridiculous service. I want to get in touch with the Postmaster but that seems to be not happening via the 800 number. Thanks for wasting my time and delivering someone elses package.

These reviews are ALL so TRUE! I cannot begin to express how rude and incompetent these people are...supervisor? What good is a supervisor if they come out already upset and ready to yell at you simply for "bothering" them? Rodney is the name of one so called supervisor who came out yelling at me because they delivered my mail (which included an tuition check and a SS check totaling over 1500.00$) to my old address AFTER I put in a forwarding address. He was so RUDE, YELLING AT ME that theres nothing they can do about it, then had the nerve to go in the system and close the case that I filed, (which was supposed to be tracking the delivery) and said that the case had been resolved. So here I am....and guess what? Nothing is going to happen to fix these problems. We, the residents of this area are just out of luck!

MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! Multiple times already... ugh!!! My packages are "non deliverable " for what reason??!!! I dont know!!! When I call its always a busy signal, I call the 800 numbers.. get through to someone who tells me my packages is on hold for pick at this location and when I go they tell me " oh we dont hold packages for pick up".. I give them tracking numbers and hold reference numbers and they still have the nerve to tell me that IM CONFUSING THEM!!!! WTF!! I dont make up these numbers ... they dont do anything on their part to find out where the problem is or to try and find my package they just say "we dont have it" and rudely cut me off in mid sentence to call the next person after me in line.. this set of government workers are assholes!
