I had emailed, called, and stopped into this location in an attempt to find my missing package. The tracking information said it was delivered to my locked community mailbox but I never received the package. After explaining this to a woman who spoke to a supervisor, and after having spoke to the supervisor myself in person, emailing him, and filing an official lost package claim on the USPS website I never actually received a response from anyone. I was patient for 2 weeks while these people fed me line after line, but as far as I can tell never actually looked into my missing package. I finally stopped in today and spoke with the Latin Supervisor who refused to help. who claimed the other supervisor I spoke to: Ardel Sandino was on vacation, so this new supervisor had NO idea what I was talking about despite my multiple inquiries. I was directed to call "Sean Salter", the manager of this facility. The number I received to contact Sean Salter was the same number I had attempted to call 3 dozen times over the course of 3 days when the package originally went missing. It rings for 2-3 minutes before automatically disconnecting and does not give you the option to leave a voicemail. I only wish I knew how these scumbags are getting paid for this quality of service. I wish I could find a job that paid me NOT to help people. Clearly new management is required at this facility.

Most post offices are mediocre, at best, but this is particularly horrible. Their phone isnt a tree or anything and goes directly to ringing, or busy as they have only 1 line. I had to call 31 times - not an exaggeration, that is exactly how many times it took - before some picked up the phone. Picking up the phone, having a tree message, or picking up the phone to say youre busy and please hold is quite literally the most basic of business functions - a 12 year old could do it. And yet somehow no one who works at this post office can? The kid who eventually picked up sound like hed been smoking all day so I suppose thats the explanation.

Most unhelpful post office ever. I have been trying to track down a package for over a month. I tried calling multiple times. They never answer the phone. You just get an awful squeaking sound for 30 seconds before the call hangs up. I went to the post office, and the lady there was thoroughly unhelpful. She had no knowledge of or ability to track my package that came through this post office, and she was just as unhelpful for the man in line in front of me. Hopefully I never have to deal with this post office again.

This post office does not even deserve a one star rating. VERY HORRIBLE service, in fact, I would say no service at all. Paying money for nothing. I asked for redelivery and they could not do it at all for a week. I did not pay for any signature, yet they made me to come all they way to their branch which is far from my house and made me sign, that does not require. Stupid people work there, and their services are just awful!!! Hope they can be replaced by some other companies.

Was expecting a package from overseas, but missed the original delivery. Although I was home all day for the redeliver, an attempt wasnt made to deliver to my door, so I found another missed delivery slip in my mailbox. Called the office and explained my situation to the supervisor, he was incredibly nice and helpful about it. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure my package got to me ASAP! Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with USPS. Thanks again!

iIts huge, the only way in is the east entrance where its an employee only parking area and there is hardly any street parking. So be prepared to walk clear around the huge building just to find out they r closed! Why not have hours of operation posted where the arrows directing u around the building are? Stupid and inconsiderate to customers, tax paying or not! why r government post offices not more the same and predictable?

This is not a retail location so the postal workers are usually busy in the back of the warehouse doing something. It may take a few minutes for the lady that works the window to get there. Any of my oversized mail automatically comes here, so I see these people quite often and the lady is always nice and helpful.

Everytime I try to call them, I get this weird dial up tone that lasts forever instead of someone answering the phone. Its incredibly annoying and I wanted help from an actual person.

FYI, this is only an annex, not a full-service post office. Its a warehouse where you pick up mail redirected from your carrier, like certified mail and packages.
