Called for assistance the guy who answered is obviously under qualified for his job and hung up on me when he said they dont have the technology to do what I asked "give me my tracking #" kinda funny but feel bad for the guy its pretty sad to hear an adult temper tantrum over a request for them to do what they are paid for I feel like he had bad parenting or something where is his boss why he is hanging up on people worst post office Ive ever been to
When I asked for assistance with finding the correct size packaging I was just pointed in a direction and rushed out of the way so they could help the next person. Unfortunately, I still couldnt find something large enough so instead of waiting in line all over again for someone; I just left. You made me feel like an inconvenience so Ill take my money else where. Sorry, you had to do your job.
Rude employees. My mail keeps being put on hold (for snow) and it is shoveled and safe. I have not been receiving the required written notice telling me my mail is on hold when it happens. I will be filing a claim.

There is a giant pot hole in the parking lot that is really becoming a problem since I have to go there every day to drop off packages for my business. Really need to get that taken care of before it damages a car!
Packages alway take forever to get here! I wish everything shipped through FedEx, because they get there packages delivered at reasonable times.
What is the point of an automated shipping center if you guys lock the drop box at 5pm?? Our government at work...right......
