I came here looking to send some payments to back home in the islands. I stopped in once, made a transaction and then walked back in to make another. I entered and received very friendly and fast service. Even when a crowd came in; the 2 workers were polite and worked efficiently. I would assume that this branch is under manpower issues Im sure; because there was only 1 cashier visible and another came from the back. Not good when someone has to go to lunch huh? But I was in and out in under 20 minutes for an express package with a line of 6 in front of me. Not bad in my opinion. I just wish they kept pens available for customers at posts, instead of asking at the counter. It would save the customers time. Still not that bad for a post office visit.

I was trying to come here to see if I can fax a paper because some ppl told me I could go to the post office to do that. So I called this places 3x, 1st time it stopped ringing and starting making this high pitched squeal sound then it clicked, second time the phone kept ringing and ringing and then clicked the third and final time it made that high pitched noise again and then it clicked on me again...ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE thats annoying.

Very good service over the years at THIS location. Cant say the same for the Mission location. They dont seem to care for the customers too much. I have been using this location for close to 20 years!!!

This location is NOT open until 6:00 pm! I drove across town to mail a package and the lobby was locked up at 5:45 pm! So frustrating!! Fix your hours, USPS!!
