STEALING MY PACKAGES/ and lying to my face. I have had 9 boxes in 10 months delivered to my locked community mailbox disappear. (I live in an apartment and we have boxes with keys for packages) So it goes like this: They deliver my package sign off that it is there and then they give me a key that is ment to open my box only catch it doesnt and the box has already been open. I get NOWHERE with them when I visit in person. They just say it is not our problem or our responsibility for our keys to get me into the right box and I cant prove it. I am a very nice person and I do not curse or yell I just want someone to take responsibility for an ongoing problem. They said they would maintenace the boxes 6 months ago and nothing. I feel like I cannot order anything online since there is a 60% chance I never get it! The ONLY conclusion i can come to with the frequency of this happening is my boxes are being STOLEN by my mail delivery person or the post office lies about them being delivered. They refuse to look into this and refer me to other locations and numbers that ring endlessly. I am filing a report next time this happens with pictures of everything and letting the police department sort this out.

I really like how helpful they are, and even if they are closed and (for example, I often have overnight or 2 day packages come in, but by the time Boise gets them to the Annex sometimes the deliveries have all gone out and the drivers are off duty. If it is earlier than 4:30 or so you can call them at 468-0550 and give them your tracking number, or delivery address and they will check to see if it is there. If so, tell them you are on your way and expected ETA. Call them again 1-2 minutes before you get there (because the door is locked and only way to tell them you are there is to call). . You go and park in the west parking lot, closest to the north door, and they will bring out your package to you. Saving yourself a day to receive it. Dont waste their time if it isnt a time sensitive item. I only go down there for overnighted important items that I need for emergency work (repair work on stuff for my clients). These guys make me like the postal service. :) BTW, the public 800 phone number doesnt get you to them, it is a national number that you get to press about 20 buttons to figure out anything, and last I tried, they wouldnt even give out the Annexs number 468-0550.

My packages keep getting stolen by the carrier! The tracking says its been delivered to my (locked) mailbox, but the package is not there. This has happened multiple times. Every time I call this post office they tell me theyll talk to the carrier and call me back. Of course, they never do. I have visited the post office in person and talked to Henry who tells me hell check into it and get back to me - no reply at all. It seems like they might have a little criminal enterprise going there. Some of the things that have been stolen were expensive and probably showed up on Craigslist. If this happens again Im going to call the police (who probably wont call me back either).

This place has been sending my mail back to where it came from. Why? I dont know. Its been months since ive received mail. I have gone in many times trying to fix my mail and they say yea we fixed it whatever. But they havent! now I dont know if i can even go to school this semester because i cant the paper work delivered to my home. You people really need to figure out your damn crap and get it together! This is so frustrating. I dont know what to do anymore!

Nampa Idaho Post office is THE WORST. nothing but problems since our move there and away from there. They lost a months worth of mail. They are the most incompetent group of workers and unrecognized USPS I have ever run into. The post master in the area should be fired for such horrible performance. Do not expect your important mail If you live in Nampa Idaho.
