Im quite dissatisfied with nampa post office. Not only did i pay an extra 35 for express delivery but the mail delivery guy was too lazy to even come to my door with my package. Instead left the we missed you note right in the mailbox. I live right by my apartment mailbox and watched the mail person come in deliver mail and leave. Expecting the package to possibly be in our lock box went out right away and checked. So i even then called the post office and the supervisor said he would call back and let me know. An hour later my husband calls and same answer oh i cant get ahold of the delivery guy thats the 5th call for that complex today. I will call your wifes number as soon as i find out whats going on. Its 5:30.. 3 and a half hours later post office closed and still no call. Extremely irritating!!

Have had two issues now with packages at this location. One package, a Christmas gift, was mistakenly sent here from the shipper instead of the proper destination, discussed with an associate where it needed to go, thought it was figured out, now that package is somewhere unknown to the USPS! Second, I was supposed to recurve another package by a specified date, tracking shows it has been in the Post Office for several days prior to the designated arrival date. Tried to call, phone rings forever and then switched to a fax machine!

I have been expecting a package that I have already paid for the shipping for and just received a notice in the mail that they expect me to pay another $133.38 cod for it. Seriously? Then, when I call to find out what is going on, they never pick up it goes straight to fax line. My sister has had such horrible problems with this same deliverer. What because it is close to holidays they think they are going to defraud us of our money to put in their pockets? I will go into the office tomorrow to find out what their problem is.

We have had continued issues with receiving other neighbors mail. Important mail too. Also, instead of bringing our bigger boxes up to the door, the mail lady shoves them in our mailbox. So when we struggle to pull the boxes out our enveloped mail comes out all over the place. This is especially frustrating to my husband whom is in a wheelchair. Also, the phone number listed on here either rings a million times and then beeps in your ear or says it cant be put through at this time. Very disappointed.

Although the couple times I have been in there, the people were super friendly.However, the mail delivery SUCKS. I had a package that was coming from overseas and was posted as being received 5 days ago. All my mail from my bank (until 3 days ago) was returned to the bank- who thought there was an address problem and froze my account.Thanks for the service. I guess someone needed my sunglasses more than I did! Hope they are nice. ;(

I have had SO many issues with my mail delivered elsewhere. I am currently waiting on a third gift card replacement because the rewards company has already mailed it to me three times and none have actually been delivered to me. They are sending it to me AGAIN and I am hoping that whoever sorts the mail can get it right the fourth time. It has been two months that I have spent trying to get this gift card!

I also called and talked to Mike. It was early and I didnt realize they werent open yet, and this man answered the phone and was immediately rude and cut me off mid sentence to tell me they were not open. I said I just have one question and he snapped back with "I have things to do, so hurry up with it." I just told him Id call back later when hopefully a friendlier person is available

I have never had an issue with not getting my mail. They even held a package for me which was supposed to be delivered to my school, but due to snow days there wasnt anyone there to receive the package. I was able to go in and pick up the package so that my students could get the books they purchased for Christmas break. The service was polite, quick, and helpful.

I want to commend our mail carrier for the Wildwood sub in Nampa. I wish I had his name, but this young man has been going out of his way to stop in our nasty subdivision, get out of his rig and physically deliver the mail. We have been snowed in until just today when some graders came through, and I really appreciate this mail carriers effort. Kudos. Doris Bolen

We had a PO box at this location and continually had our mail not arrive at this box we had to have several parcels resent. The personal at this location really cannot read or require glasses maybe this location is where all who a little slow are sending to or just maybe this is a classic example of why the USPS service is going broke to bad.

I have had 3 items/packages stated as delivered since November 2016. None have been in my mailbox, one was "found" by the carrier who delivered it to the wrong address. After the latest package, I called the carriers office, was told I would receive a callback, but never did. I am now filing police reports for every missing item.

This place is very convenient to my office, only takes five minutes to walk there. It is fairly big with four stations although I rarely see that many mail clerks working. They can get quite busy at lunch so be prepared or come early morning/mid afternoon if you dont want to squander your entire lunch break!

They have delivered my package to the wrong apt three times this year, then today, as I was sleeping with my head 5 feet away from the door, he supposedly knocked... Sorry we missed youuu~ Yeah, sure you are. Oh, and they set up their phone so it has a busy signal all the time now.

The absolute worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of using. The people who work there are always full of attitude and just down right lazy. Quit your job if youre so unhappy with it that it shrouds your ability to do anything properly.

I never had a problem with our post office. Every time I go in people are friendly I had a package sent from Idaho to Germany. It made just in time for Christmas my nephews and brother and sister in law loved their gift I sent them.

Droped off a package yesterday. Still says Pending Scan. Have called their "phone number" and how someone else stated it only rings and rings and I get a loud computer noise at the end. I sell online so this is getting frustrating.

I barely had to wait in the line and the postman went out of his way to help me select a great sheet of stamps. There were 4 employees behind the counter to keep things moving. The historic building is reminiscent of Ancient Rome.

They literally will not answer the phone, ive been calling for an HOUR non stop and they keep hanging up or letting it ring. They arent helpful, they cant do their jobs, and they dont ever deliver mail on time.

I called once no answer. Called again then someone named Mike answered. He was kinda helpful! Im just glad someone answered and I didnt have to waste my time and make a trip to ask a simple question.
