I went here today and was appalled at how rude the staff was. This was the absolute rudest post office I have ever been to in my life. I went in and needed to get change for a hundred and also buy a single stamped envelope. Thinking I could kill two birds with one stone, I stopped in here. I waited and spoke to a tall, older asian man who looked as if every customer was an enormous burden. I asked him to break the hundred and to buy an envelope. I was brushed off with "I have no change, some one else has to help you." And he began looking for the next customer in line. I then said " who is able to help me?" Was then answered with "another lady" and was brushed to the side and ignored as he called the next customers up without so much as a glance or anything. I stood there as the next people took my spot at the counter. I then approached a pregnant lady who sighed with disdain when I asked to pay for a stamp with my large bill. She then announced to a coworker across the counter how everyone is taking all the change and paying with large bills and how Im paying for a STAMP with a hundred. I couldnt believe the unprofessionalism and how she announced what I was doing to the entire post office!! She then disappeared in the back and returned with my envelope and change. She counted it in front of me and said nothing else, no thank you, have a nice day, and the proceeded to toss me (YES TOSS) my envelope and walked away obviously annoyed. I stood there in awe of how I was treated in this place and I had done nothing wrong but needed change and a stamp :( Absolutely ridiculous. These workers should learn how to be polite, smile, and treat people with respect.

My wife and I use the USPO about once or twice a week. She sells arts and crafts thru eBay so we are shipping packages constantly. We usually would go to the one on spring mountain and rainbow but bad service drove us to this location. We walked in on a Tuesday after a holiday and only 2 clerks helping customers. The line was long but moving quickly. We had our first international package ready to ship. When we get to the front of the counter we come to find out that we were using the incorrect box for international shipping. This young lady helping us, Rachel, gave us intructions on how to fill out the new package. She politely told us to move to the next counter to fill out paperwork so she could continue helping the customers in line. This type of service I had witnessed was day and night form the service I experienced at the other post office. This young lady did not seem to get frustrated from all the questions my wife and I were asking. She answered all of them and helped us right after we were done with the paperwork. We did not have to get back onto the big line. The post office should do a better job in hiring the people the put out in the front desk. They should hire more employees like this young girl. In general my experience at this location was good. The place looked clean and was well stocked.

I never had such bad experience with the Post Office until I moved to LV. Their package handling is a joke. I dont think the courier bothers to deliver, he/she just puts a note in the mailbox. I end up being in line for one FULL hour waiting to get to the window. Both my husband and I were home and we couldnt have missed the door ring. I had packages sent back to the country of origin because they claimed that I did not respond to the notice. I NEVER received any notification from US Post office. Phones are 100% busy, cant even get to talk to someone. Their tracking site is a joke, you need to know the senders name, etc... before you can go on. Most of the time, I dont know who sent the package and I dont know which city it originated from. Its impossible to provide them with the information they want if they dont give you complete information to begin with. The UPS tracking number is useless because it doesnt give you complete information. UPS is a monopoly, unfortunately I am stuck with them. They dont have to try hard. How sad. I never thought I would get such poor service from the US post office.

Holy Crap. The USPS here is so bad compare to back where I used to live. Things taking 2 months to deliver (not an exaggeration), packages getting stolen very often, things sitting there for days before they even get shipped out, and even things getting shipped to the wrong states (how does something going to Cali get accidentally shipped to Hawaii?). Some of the staff members seem nice, maybe theyre just extremely understaffed, but the management there is full of $%^&. I went in to ask about a package Id brought in a week earlier, and they said I never shipped it. I showed them the information and again they said I never shipped it, to my face, I know I shipped it, because it was ME that shipped it. Its one thing to lie to a recipient who you might be able to fool, but how are you going to lie to my face when Im telling you "yes mother$%^&er I know I shipped this. I was there!!! Turns out it sat in the back there for another week and then they found it and finally sent it out. This is one of the worst post offices Ive seen. They have no idea what theyre doing.

By far the WORST service Ive ever received anywhere. They sent extremely important documents back to the sender. When I called to inquire as to how this happened and how I could insure that I get the documents the second time around, the employee was completely rude and unhelpful. I explained that I was 5 months pregnant and needed this document to be able to drive my car and it was extremely important, if it went back to the sender one more time they told me they would destroy the document and I would have to start the process all over again. The employee responded with, "I dont care its not my car and its not my life so why would I care?" How is this even possible that I cannot even receive my mail properly or address the situation? Because the USPS employee is a totally deplorable human being (if you can even categorize this monster as a human) I cant even remedy this situation? No wonder the USPS is failing miserably when they employee lazy inconsiderate low lifes like this.

The WORST over the phone experience, I was put on hold for 35 minutes and someone else picked up the phone demanding to know why I was on hold, I explained the situation, she gave me conflicting information and when I asked her about it she said, "well if thats what the other guy told you then why are you still on the phone? What do you want from me?" So rude and unhelpful! Unbelievable! And when I asked how I could fix my problem she yelled at me that she "already told me that she cant help and that I should call the 1-800 number" DO NOT do business with this store, I never will again.
