In the 2.5 years we have been under the boundary of this post office we have had no lost packages. I have a home based business so there are lots of in and outgoing orders. The one situation where we had a missing package a quick call to the branch resolved the issue and the MIA package that had slipped behind a shelf was on its way. Staff have always been friendly, albeit not quick ;) , when going through the line.

This has to be the most incompetent post office in America. They constantly fail to deliver packages on time or flat out lose them. The customer service is horrendous. Often they fail to deliver a package and lie as to the reasons why they could not deliver. USPS should be embarrassed for hiring these inept morons.

Consistently poor service from this place. Never had an issue with any post office until I moved into this area. Entire USPS system is going down hill. Lazy carriers, lots of attitude, poor service and higher costs.

This place is on the way out of town close to the freeway and within walking distance of a majority of houses! Solid location, kinda slow with the staffing but the drive through roundabout drop off is convenient.

Terrible service if youre trying to get anything done out of the ordinary. Premium forwarding? You pay extra for this service, but dont bother. I tried it for three years and they messed it up every time.
