I went into grab a flat rate box. And wanted to check if they had a diffrent sized box inside the actual post office (i usually use the kiosk )i opened the door and stepped inside to look at the boxes a man behind the counter shouts we are closed. (Its exactly there closing time which i didnt realize) i just replied with oh ok thank you and tried to finish looking at the boxes real quick since there were 5 or 6 people in line the gentleman then loudly mumbles "closed means closed" I just let him know i was not in line and that i heard him the first time I could see if i was in there for 5 min but to make 2 separate comments in less then a minute that i was in there seems like someone having a bad day and taking it out in other people or just really hates their job. I saw no harm in me looking at the flat rate boxes for all of 10 seconds I just really did not appreciate the way i was spoke to by someone who is in customer service. I just wish i had gotten his name. Unfortunately this is why most people use the kiosk.

I dont live in Boise but I wish I did after speaking with the sweetest kindest lady at the 5 Mile Post Office. She told me exactly what happened to an undelivered package, and before I inquired, she already knew who I was and why I was calling, like small town service. The experience was nothing like dealing with my local post office whos workers are usually quite rude and would never give such a detailed story as to what happened as the consumer deserves. The Post Office in Boise understands this, and I thank you for all of your help!

Constantly losing my mail. Ill call in and ask for help and I get rude employees. Ill have mail that was claimed to be delivered a week before and it not show up for 5 or 6 weeks after calling daily and requesting help. These people are horrible and dont take their job seriously. The person that delivers in our neighborhood never leaves lock box keys and always messes up any packages. Ive lost hundreds of dollars and no one will help me.

I bought the house with no key for mail boxes. so i have to pay $40 for change the lock, The post office said 3 biz day for the lock change and i can get the key, i ran immeditely to pay $40 then 5 biz day later i hear nothing from the post office, i called and got the answer is they dont know why the lock doesnt change yet...i mean wtf they been doing for 5 biz day. now still waiting for the key, Please post office do better job !!!!

I recently moved to the area that this post office services and since Ive lived here these past 6 months, the mailman will deliver all junk mail but wil not deliver important mail. Ive had my paychecks returned, drivers license returned, deliveries returned even though they were all addressed to me correctly. This is not a once in a while occurrence either but a daily battle. Whoever this postman is really needs to be fired!

I wish I could leave a zero star review this post office is terrible always losing my packages mis delievering my mail and now telling me oops we must have missed a scan when I paid for tracking!!! Im a eBay seller and I keep receiving nagitive reviews because of the post office! I wish I could switch they never answer the phone and when they do they are rude or I have to call over and over for 20 minutes absolutely ridiculous

I have ordered two packages one which was completely destroyed and it was wrapped in a plastic bag and said sorry but were not responsible basically then I ordered a second package that was the same thing and it never came and I call to ask for help and the staff was not helpful at all nor did they care and kind of rude I have decided I will never order anything online every Again as I cannot trust the USPS

This USPO is a new addition to a rapidly growing community. The facilities are adequate with parking enough for usual operations. Postal boxes are available, and there is a credit card operated postal machine in the sparse and dreary lobby for after hours (8:30 - 5:30 week days, 10 - 1:00pm Sat). Id rate employee friendliness and helpfullness a solid C. Nothing special here.

I called to ask if there was a reason our out-going mail was not being picked up and why, for the past two weeks, delivered mail pieces have been shoved, folded, and damaged. Kens hateful response to my inquiry is another reason we ship with UPS & FedEx. I hope he is able to retire before he finds himself without a job.

They keep putting my Credit Card mail and other mail in someone elses p.o box. Totally incompetent. If Someone steals my identity or Credit Card info, I will be suing them. Its ridiculous!!! IF you cant read go back to 1st grade.
