My wife went there and ordered a sandwich with no mayo. When she got it, it had mayo. She took it back and they gave her a "different" sandwich. It was the same one, with mayo and now a hair. After taking it back, again, they did not refund her money for food she did not eat and gave her "coupons" for free sandwiches. She and my son left there without eating. Fast forward a few months, Im back from deployment and she has decoded to give firehouse subs another try. We get there and they wont honor the "coupons" because they are actually business cards for the rewards program they dont use anymore. The cashier looks to see if her name is on a list and the manager laughs at her description of the previous manager, who no longer works there so he cant validate the story. The manager offered to take our information but offered nothing else. This is twice she had left there and not eaten. Tonight we decided the possibility of getting e-coli at Chipolte across the parking lot was better than dealing with abysmal customer service. A good manager would not have let customers leave without something. Overall: no idea how good the food is. Managers laugh at customers and offer worthless business cards as vouchers.

I love writing five-star reviews and telling people about my great experiences, however, in this case, I cant. I was disappointed almost from the time I stepped through the doors. Many the tables were dirty while I noticed three employees standing behind the counter chit chatting about who know what. Its possible they just has an afternoon rush, but there were only two other customers in the store. I ordered two #7 combos which came up to $27.53. Pretty pricey for what you get in my view. The steak and cheese sandwich was so watery I had to press the bread vigorously with both hands to wring out the liquid. I was looking forward to a cold glass of Root Beer soda when I walked into the store however the soda machine presented me a message that it was unavailable when I tried. When ordering my sandwich, I requested light peppers. The clerk must not have heard the word light as I thought I was going to have to pull the lever on the fire box on the wall and have the local fire department put out the fire in my chest. I have been to other Firehouse Subs stores many times, and the service was exceptional. This location is one to stay away from almost like a three-alarm fire.

It was ok, but the portion size is small, I paid $11 for a sandwich and a drink. Reminds me of Quiznos but smaller sandwiches. Not enough bang for my buck and it was mid afternoon and the place was dead and all the tables were dirty with food on the floor. Just not a impressive place. I actually left there and pulled thru the Burger King across the way just to get filled up cuz they left me still really hungry also.

Maybe acknowledging your customers with in the first 5 minutes or so would make them order and not walk out. Also when an employee is asked if the brisket is cut thin like roast beef? Saying " its brisket " and looking away is pretty retarded. Obviously its brisket. Sandwich idiot. Hows it sliced? Ill give my money else where. Chipotle is better anyhow I just saw you had no lines. I see why.

Not happy with the customer service and very rude. Ordered food, employees standing and gossiping about fellow employees and his sexual orientation with other customers in store. My husband stood up and employee responded with "do you want something?" These are the foolish people who want 15.00 an hour and cant even spell a simple name.

I love this place, clean, friendly employees. However, I always get the Italian salad, very good, but they always forget to add something. Tonight was my olives! Thought about calling when I came home and discovered. Next time, Ill be checking before I leave!

They got rid of the Mediterranean ,,, I use to buy it with out the chicken. No reason to ever go in there again. Since I love vegetarian sandwiches, and now all they have is processed meat. Other than that, Kids working there always polite. Its clean.

I will not be going there anymore , every time I find a sandwich I really like they discontinue it, this has happened to me twice now . No other competitors do that I never heard of such a thing it is bad for business in a big way.
