If I could give this place a zero I would. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT let your children come here. I witnessed a worker/caregiver in the morning screaming at the top of her lungs at one of the children because she had to clean up some spilled cheerios and milk. She stated that they would not be able to bring lunch or eat anymore if they kept making messes. She did not know that I was just walking in, but the other coworker silently hushed her as I did in an attempt to try and cover up what was REALLY going on there. Obviously, this kind of behavior was acceptable to the other daycare worker in there with her which tells me a lot about how this establishment is run. They have cameras, but we arent allowed to watch them unless a serious incident occurs. To me, that screams shady. Its a simple procedure to have a live broadcasting webcam for parents to check up on their little one. I spoke to the manager about this incident with the screaming daycare worker, and I highly doubt they fired that woman. I have not set foot in there again to check as I did not want to risk having that kind of person watching over my son after I complained about her. Imagine what kind of abuse she would do to an innocent child just to get back at a parent if she gets that upset over spilled cheerios and milk? Please, do not go here and do not waste your time or money with this establishment. The managers there should know better than to have people like that watching others children. Also, they charge a ten dollar fee for credit or debit card which is also extremely odd for a business to do. I was happy with the lady in room six, however. She was extremely nice to the children from what I saw. Unfortunately, all it takes is one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch.

Watch Me Grow has been part of our family for multiple years now, from when our daughter was in a diaper until this week where she is getting ready to head to "Big Girl School", as she puts it. In her time there, she has been in every class except for the very young, here is what makes me happy as a parent. Every day when I pick her up or drop her off, ALL the teachers know her and call out to her, "See you later Hildebrand!", some of these teachers she has not been with for a couple of years. The kids all know her. The facility nurtures a caring, kind and educational mentality. These are kids, and they are going to fall, yell, bite, get sick, have bad moods- but I always know how she is doing when I pick her up as they have a very rigorous injury or issue reporting system that involves the classroom and the front office. I have never been surprised, and as a parent, that is a great thing. I have never felt the facility was in disorder; its not always "eat off of the floor" clean, but its dang close considering that it is a child care facility not a surgery lab. Another thing that they provide are updates throughout the day on eating, issues and sometimes (a lot of times) they send a picture along as well, this really makes my day. It is very hard to trust someone to care for your children, but we have had many great years and are looking forward to coming back as part of the bridge programs like Thanksgiving and Summer Vacation.

My first impression of Watch Me Grow wasnt great, as the woman working at the front desk didnt seem particularly knowledgeable, friendly, or helpful... I went on a tour anyway, and despite my first impression, I was really impressed with the teachers in the classrooms as well as the children. The teachers were all smiles, the children all seemed bright and happy. I enrolled my kids (both toddlers) and theyve been going there for over a month now. Since day one, theyve loved it. Every day I pick them up and theyre smiling and happy. They get "homework" each day and theyre excited to do it. They each have several teachers throughout the day, and the ones Ive met seem to genuinely love kids. My kids have learned a great variety of things, from numbers and letters to things about nature and the importance of personal hygiene (their whole class brushes their teeth after lunch which is pretty neat!) Watch Me Grow is truly great and Im so happy I found such a warm and happy place for my kids!

My kids have been attending Watch Me Grow since they were little. We absolutely loved the preschool program and now that my kids are in elementary school we send them to the Summer Camp and we absolutely love it too!!! My son has been attending the summer camp for 3 summers and this is my daughters 1st summer and they were both so excited to be attending this year. There are so many fun field trips, to the swimming pool, Mandalay Bay Aquarium, the movies, hiking on Mt. Charleston, and so many others. And the price is unbeatable!!! The staff is wonderful, Ms. Brandie, Ms. Alina, Ms. Pam, Ms. Jules (all at the front desk), Mr. Daniel, all of the summer camp teachers, they are great to the kids and treat us like family. We are so grateful for the many wonderful years that the kids have had there, even though my kids arent enrolled during the rest of the year, we still drop by the school around Christmas time to bring them Christmas gifts. Thank you Watch Me Grow!!!

I could not believe the last review made. My children have been attending Watch Me Grow for Three Years now (my daughter started in diapers here) and i have never had problem with the staff or director. They have always been flexible with working with me. the teachers and staff have always taken great care of my children. When My son was having problems the director and staff talked to him to find out what was going on. They supported him and helped me find ways to help him. The staff at Watch me grow care about my children. They have also recently started a type of Parent involvement program where they hold classes and seminars on the topics that can help me as a parent with my children. It has been a great way to connect with other parents and my childrens classmates. I have not found any other daycare that has had this program. This daycare is great and definitely worth enrolling :)

This daycare is one of the worst daycare my sons been in. Two weeks ago, my son came home with a bruise on his eye. And when we asked what happened and they said "they dont know" UNACCEPTABLE! They refused to let us view the footage and up till this day there is still no answer for my sons bruise. My husband picked up my son today because it is his last week at this daycare, and we finally found a daycare we were able to put my son. When my husband picked him up my son had a huge bruise on his eye and cheek bone. My son fell because of lack of supervision. Pls, if you love any of your kids pls pls pls pls do not take your babies here. WORST DAYCARE EVER!
