I would never recommend any of these facilities to any parent. I was taking my son to the Horizon Ridge location, and not only are their staff unprofessional, but they put my child in danger on a number of occasions. The first incident happened when my son was only 6 weeks old. The teacher, Ms. Taylor, had my son in a bouncy chair on the floor unattended while other children that are well over 1 year of age are walking around. One of the older children belly flopped on my son twice as I watched from their online cameras. When the older child jumped on him I realized she had my sons bottle propped up in his mouth, because she was too lazy to hold him while he hate. The older child then took his bottle and walked around with it for a few minutes before she took it from him and stuck it back in my childs mouth without sanitizing it first. Not only is this unsanitary, but I could not believe what I had just witnessed. When I spoke with Kristin, the so called "director" of the facility she said it was a lack of judgement and would not happen again. She was extremely rude about the situation and made it seem like it was no big deal. On two other occasions I had picked up my son and realized that his bottles were completely melted on the bottom of them. When asked what happened their staff said they did not notice this. I dont understand how you could NOT notice the bottles were melted when you held him to feed him. How hot was the milk they fed him if they did not notice they were melted? I pulled him out that same day when they had him in a high chair unattended, with the teacher across the room, when he was only 2 months old. He couldnt even sit up on his own!!!! Please do not take your children here!!

Being that Edward is my ONLY child, I was a bit apprehensive to enroll him in ANY daycare. The necessity for him to go was vital for me to go to work because I am a single parent. The staff here is what finalized my decision! They were very helpful, attentive, and cautious at the same time! My son has been enrolled at this preschool since he was 2 years old! He just celebrated his 5th birthday and is now ready to go to kindergarten. The teachers in the toddler room not only cared for him, they went above and beyond! It was because of them that my son was efficiently potty trained before the age of 3, and now at 5 years old, I am at ease when it comes to him starting school! The staff is amazing! If anything were to happen to my son, I would immediately receive a call explaining what was going on. It is because of the influence of the staff in my sons life, that he actually looks forward to going to school on a daily basis. Thank you for all that you do and have done with the development of my baby!

The staff at Kidz Kidz Kidz has done so well for my son and I. I am a single father, new to the Las Vegas area and my son has a solid attachment to me and at first he struggled with the move. Not only did the staff there welcome my son, but treat him as one of their own. Ms Shanelle has been absolutely AMAZING with my boy and every other staff member has been equally great. They make jokes with us, give me progress updates, are getting him ready for school and my son loves to go to learn and attend school. Jennifer and all the ladies at the front are great, if I have an issue with the cameras on my app, its quickly taken care of and I never have issues with the payment structure. Keep doing amazing with my son, everyone!! I recently posted about an issue I had, but it was quickly resolved and taken care of, thank you Kidz Kidz Kidz! Keep up the good work.

Was the worse experience for my first time daycare I could ever have in my life. They kept my babys diapers and her wipes. They took them out of my diaper bag. Then when I left my daughters stuff with them so I can rush to work and have my boyfriend pick them up when he comes to get our daughter the lady tells him that he has everything. It had all of her records that they needed and his credit card. When I called and asked her to wait until I got off of work she refused. She didnt want to tell me what happened with the diapers and wipes and told me that I would have to come back in the morning for her records and credit card. She was rude and made excuses of why she didnt give us everything we came with. I would never trust this place nor another daycare in this city.

I had been searching for the perfect child care center for my children for over 4 years and finally found it....Kidz Kidz Kidz. The way it delightfully gears everything towards children makes them feel comfortable and at home. ...The curriculum far surpasses any standards I have seen at any pre-school, with art, music and out door activities for even my two year old. Each day I am amazed by what my children have learned....what a wonderful, stable environment it is for them. Most importantly, is the love, compassion, affection, hugs and kisses that they are greeted with each and every day as they are shown that they are special and important. As anyone can plainly see, I cant say enough good things about Kidz Kidz Kidz!

Definitely not a fan at this point! I am constantly given the run around. I am reminded of numerous occasions where my son went without because of lack of communication with me, his mother! He has walked around that school and even played outside with no shoes on because they say I forgot his shoes when they were actually in his cubby but nobody looked there or called me! He has walked around in only a diaper, shirt, and shoes because he had an accident and no extra clothes but no one called me so when I picked my kids up at 5:30 that day this is what I see along with a scratch on his forehead that no one can explain because the teacher already went home and there was no accidents reported! I am completely fed up.

The Best Preschool in town! Our son has been there since 17 months old and he is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest of his other friends that attended other preschools. He has one on one attention by teachers that are well trained to help facilitate a happy and exciting learning forum. The school listened to any suggestions or special needs that I voiced and made me really comfortable with the knowledge that they were going to do whatever it took to make sure he was nurtured and happy and safe and excited about school.

My daughter is in the infant room. Shes been there for almost six months now. She is all smiles when I drop her off and pick her up. As a first time mom, I was very hesitant leaving my daughter in daycare. My husband & I chose this daycare because of the cameras. We have family that live out of state. We gave those family members access to the cameras so they can check in whenever they please. This daycare isnt bad. The prices are really good and the care is stupendous!
