Too bad I cant give it 0 stars. I came to print 4 pages. I spent 40 minutes trying to make their stuff work. Dont come here if you dare to use anything but a USB stick or onedrive to print. Google drive? Glitched out. Drop box? Crashes the machine. The FedEx app? Doesnt actually give you an option to upload on the app. Sending to the special email address and using some code... Nope, has an error. OneDrive was good, finally. Good luck to those who brave it. No one will actually come to your aid if they see you there for 40 minutes, they didnt for me.

It took us three trips to simply print three photos. The company charges 5 dollars to resize a photo so we had to do the changes. The. We were told they wont use our resolution so we changed that. Finally the messed up the prints and over scaled the finals. On the positive note the laminator is used alone. Some of the staff did their best while others need retraining or possibly better mangment.

Will never ship from here again. The employees try to sell you the most expensive packaging as part of their policy, but when I tried to ship the exact same item I previously shipped for $17, they insisted I purchased an art box which would have been $37.

This store is very clean and professional. The bathrooms are even clean! Customer service is always great. JP and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful and they make sure my shipments are safe. FedEx is go-to for my business marketing materials!
