Quite possibly the most immature and unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with in the print industry. They made a promise to have work done on time, they pre-charged me.. and then were incapable of getting it completed as guaranteed. As a result, they put me in a terrible position, and this was due solely to their own complete and utter incompetence. Printing is a deadline based industry, everyone knows that, and when promises are made they must be fulfilled... If they are not then bad things happen like money being lost, and projects being ruined. Due to the incompetence of this company I sustained a big financial loss and a massive setback in my work flow. And heres the thing, it didnt have to turn out this way. I offered them compromises, but they refused, the manager berated me with profanity and shouted unreasonable ultimatums at me. They accused me of all kinds of things like yelling at their receptionist, which never happened. And my question to them that they refused to answer was... Why did they wait til last minute to work on it? And, why didnt they call me if they were having a problem? I drove 2hrs to Reno to pick up the finished project only to find out ten minutes before arrival that it wasnt done, and that they couldnt get it done in time... Nor would they offer a discount or to cover shipping to get it where it needed to be ON TIME. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it is grossly incompetent. Ultimately they failed at completing the work they promised and their incompetence cost me dearly. I would never consider working with them again and I would most def advise you against it as well unless you would like to end up in the same terrible career damaging lurch that I just did. For the record, they forced me to accept a refund, I had no choice. I told them I didnt want it, that I wanted, that I NEEDED; them to do the job they promised to do. Apparently this was a not true, and I paid a heavy price for their inability to follow through. There are plenty of great printing options in the Reno area without having to deal with this kind of immature behavior and horrendous treatment, look elsewhere for a print house, I promise youll thank me for this advice.

Reno Print Store provides competitive prices and exceptional customer service. Their staff is professional, competent, thorough and clearly communicated with us throughout the entire process. They caught our mistakes, in the material we provided them to reproduce. They listened to our needs and provided the guidance and feedback we required to create the look and feel for our marketing and branding material. They explained their process, and we agreed on a delivery time frame, which they met. So often, companies assume the consumer should know the ins and outs of their industry, i.e., printing lingo, since this isnt my area of expertise Reno Print Store took the time to explain what I needed to provide so that they could, in turn, produce what I wanted. I never write reviews and decided to review this company because Im so impressed with their service. I always turn to Google reviews before choosing companies Im unfamiliar with and thought Id pay it forward by providing a review of my own. Reno Print Store is my printer of choice. You wont be disappointed. I highly recommend them. I trust their staff and their management... the owner even called to follow up to make sure I felt satisfied with the product and service I purchased. Great Company!!

I run a locally owned business in Reno, Nevada. Though I have never advertised for my business before, I started to do some research for places to help me promote my business in the area. Reno Print Store was not my first place to look, I am very pleased I found them. Their services they offered were far beyond what I could have expected and the time for completion happened a lot faster than I thought it would have. I have been in business for 5 years and have never advertised but since working with Reno Print Store and marketing with their amazing team (Tina and Robin) I have produced larger numbers in the first few months than I did most of last year. Reno Print Store is my favorite print store, and Ill tell you why: they put up with my lack of knowledge of the printing world, and always forgive me for messing up my bleed lines...every.time. Excellent product quality AND excellent customer service, what more could you ask for?? From their front desk staff to their printers, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer fantastic deals and the best prices in town. Lastly, when I was in their shop, their was a sign on the wall that said "Reno Print Store - Always Improving"; as a fellow business owner as well as a self-help junkie, I find this value incredibly inspiring. RPS Rocks. We have been working with them for several years, doing thousands of dollars of business quarterly. They have our billing on point and always quote us proper turnaround times. Mistakes are rare, and when they happen, RPS always makes it right with us. We even had a large banner with scuff marks from shipping and they replaced it free. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always makes sure we are on track for our store and corporate events. Shout out to Bob, Christine, and the whole Reno Print Store crew. After being told by a competitor in town they could not do my project, RPS stepped up and nailed it! They worked patiently with me till my "man cave" project came out just the way I wanted. When I went to pick up my order, which was completed exactly on time, it did not fit in my car. Again they found a solution and for a mere 5$ they shipped it in there van to me the next morning. These guys attention to detail and customer service is amazing. The work was beyond my expectation and the price was more than fair. Go see them!!!

These guys are great. When I first heard they were the best priced printers in Reno, I lowered my expectations of what I would get. And I am glad I was wrong! The staff were great. They got my copies done fast, and they look amazing on high quality paper! I am a local comedian who promotes my shows. I will DEFIANTLY be going back to them for future flyers for shows.
