Ive lived all over the country - San Francisco, Boston, Florida and NY. Having recently relocated to NH, I needed a new salon. I ran into a woman with a fantastic cut (bumped into her at the store), and she told me that Keith at Salon K was her stylist. I made an appointment (in September) with Keith, and absolutely loved my cut, and also loved Keiths professionalism. Yesterday was my second appointment at Salon K, and I was even more pleased that I was at my first visit. When I walked into the salon, I was greeted by a pleasant young woman. She asked if I would like a cup of coffee/tea. All of the stylists at the salon were very friendly and professional. I was then greeted with a HUGE smile from Keith. My hair is beginning to gray, and Im unsure about color. After discussing color with me for about 15 minutes (never did I feel rushed), Keith recommended 2 different colors. When I chose to wait on the color, Keith totally understood, and advised that he never wanted to pressure me. His choices of color have convinced me that next time I visit the salon (in 5 weeks), Ill probably be walking out with no gray. Keiths assistant, Morgan (polite, kind, smiley young woman) washed my hair and treated me to a conditioner with a warm towel wrap. LOVELY!! My hair is short, and fine without much volume - therefore, I need a good cut. I can honestly say that Ive never loved my cut as much as I do today. Keith is not only a stylist, he is an ARTIST. Highly recommend Salon K. You will not be disappointed!

After 5 months of working in the wilderness of Montana, I was way over due for a hair cut. My hair was flat, split ends for days, and just all together dead! I don’t trust many people with my hair especially after using a certain shampoo that my old stylist recommended, and left me with a rash on my forehead for a year. I wanted to dye my hair and get a cut, but I was very nervous about products and trusting people. I did some research and found Aveda products and Salon K had great reviews so I decided to give it a shot! I had talked to the owner Keith, and explained my concerns about having sensitive skin to products and he was more than pleasant and helpful! He had me come in to get a patch test to see if I experienced any type of reaction. That same day I made an appointment for the following day and it was the best decision I ever made! My hair stylist Karrie was phenomenal! I wish I had before and after photos! Her and Keith are so talented and amazing at what they do. The two of them were open to my thoughts about what I wanted done and they both came up with a color that suited me perfectly. At Salon K they actually care about their clients and strive to not only make them look good, but feel good too! They were more than accommodating, kind, and professional! I definitely got what I paid for and more! I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!

I cant even put into words how impressed I am with this salon and Keith! My hair has been very long for most of my life. I am turning 40 in a couple weeks and was in desperate need of a new look. Not just a cut that would inevitably end up being styled the same way all the time. I googled "best salons in Concord" and Salon K and Keith had the best reviews. When I called, I explained what I was looking for and they said "Keith will take care of you". I had been saving pictures of what I wanted for months. A couple days before my appointment I received a text message from Keith "I am so excited to meet you". I sent him a picture of myself and some pictures of what I wanted to have done. When I got to the salon, he took plenty of time to look at me, feel my hair, talk to me about my hair routine and why I wanted a change. He made me so comfortable and confident in his skills before he even started. When he was finished, I could not even believe my eyes! I was a new woman! I have received so many compliments - every single day since I had my hair transformed by Keith! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair. I now have a versatile hair style that I can change up everyday! I have been even sending pictures to Keith everytime I wear it a different way so he can see! LOVE SALON K and Keith! Most professional salon I have ever been to!! THANK YOU KEITH!

I have been going to Salon K for 3 years and I love it enough to have referred my husband, 3 children and my mother! Every service is done to perfection and I leave feeling relaxed and beautiful! Its wonderful to be able to EXPECT good, personalized service!! I see Jamie for my hair and have never been more pleased with the cuts and colors Ive gotten - and those head massages.... AHHHHHH! :) I see Amanda for my facials and thats a real treat too! I love laying back and for over an hour, getting the most exquisite pampering on the planet! They use all Aveda products, so everything smells and feels wonderful and almost none of what they use upsets my sensitive skin and scalp. Take it from me - Im a salon skeptic. Before finding Kae (the salons gorgeous owner), Id taken an 18 month respite from visiting salons due to some substandard service. Believe me, Ill choose NOTHING over less-than-top-notch service - Ill cut my own hair - thats how stubborn I can be!! Thankfully I no longer have to consider that. Try it for yourself, you wont be disappointed. When you leave Salon K, youll be feeling relaxed, beautiful and just a whole lot better about yourself than when you came in. For me, thats what its all about!!

In the past Ive bounced around with hair stylists. Couldnt find one I felt deserved my next dime. My daughter who works for an Aveda salon in Alabama recommended I find one here where I live in Concord, NH. Being slightly familiar with the Aveda product line, but totally sold after having been given some shampoo and conditioner samples from her, I agreed. So, I googled Aveda, Concord, NH and Salon K (which was on a limited list) popped up. My lucky day! I work in the service industry and have received a few $100 tips for exceptional service in my day. February 14, 2011 was the day I GAVE my first $100 tip for what I knew in my heart of hearts was what EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE truly means! Keith Mason, in my opinion is the bomb! Clearly, his passion is hair and it is no doubt exhibited through his quality of service and personal care of his clients. I have and will remain loyal to this stylist, which is for me is a record. Plus, for a grandmother... the man makes me look and feel FABULOUS! And girls, take it from me... you haven t experienced a shampoo properly until you ve been shampooed by Keith! Ahhhh-h-h-h!
