Ever Proven is a top-notch, professional, fun and inclusive environment. Come as you are and they will make you better! The coaches are amazing - very knowledgeable and helpful. The programming is tough - but there are always options to scale whatever needed. The community is great - very motivating. Doesnt matter if you are an original member or brand new, youre automatically part of a very cool tribe. Brand new facility, conveniently located with plenty of parking. Ever Proven even has full locker rooms with showers. Definitely the best facility around - no comparison!

I was an out of shape 55 yr old when I joined in June of 2014. I was very nervous and worried about how an out of shape old guy like me would fit in with an obviously vigorous fit younger crowd. That worry went away after the second time I attended. This gym is about getting ANYONE in shape. If you cant do the recommended weight, then do less. If you cant do the recommended number of reps, then do less! Everyone is there to get fit in inclusive environment. Excellent instruction, clean gym, comradery , good fitness.

After going to a chain gym for almost 4 years (2+ hours a day, 6-7 times a week) and never getting quite what i was looking for so I gave everproven a shot. Everything about this gym is awesome. Coaches are great and so are the people who go. If youre looking for a real place where theres no judgement and an amazing workout look no further.

The best CrossFit gym in the area!! The coaches are amazing, the gym is large and spacious and a wonderful community. I love coming here and working out! They have a lot to offer and Im continuously improving and learning new things everyday. I highly recommend EvrProven to everyone!!

This gym is my home, as in they make me feel at home whenever I am there but also when Im not. They hold you accountable and ask where you have been when youve been lazy and not going which is exactly what I need!! Amazing coaches and a huge facility with everything I could ever need!
