Panera Bread, a casual chain bakery-cafe restaurant, is located in Nashua off Daniel Webster Highway. They serve a variation of breads, bagels, pastries, sandwiches, soups, salads, pasta, coffee, and tea. I ordered macaroni and cheese with a baguette and lemonade. During peak lunch hours, Panera is busy and can be chaotic when ordering your food. The inside was modern with cushioned chairs and square wooden tables and booths lining the wall of large crystal clear windows. The building was a yellow brick structure. The outside featured 6 round patio tables with 4 chairs at each table with a big bright umbrella shading each one. We ordered our food and got it in a timely manner. We brought the cuisine to the outdoor tables, where it was 75 degrees Fahrenheit with a slight breeze, beautiful weather to dine in. When we sat down, I could see the steam from the sizzling macaroni and cheese, but I didn’t care because it looked so rich in cheese and mixed ideally with the soft pasta. I used the metal spoon to cut through the soup-like pasta. Despite the burning on my tongue, I still managed to swallow the creamy mac and cheese combination. I then drank the ice cold lemonade, which immediately provided relief to my stinging tongue. I took a break from the hot meal to have some bread. My teeth easily sliced through the warm, soft roll. My meal was gone within the next few minutes. I was more than satisfied. Dining at Panera Bread was an extraordinary experience that I won’t forget soon. I recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a quick bite to eat or wanting a relaxing lunch. You do get a lot for what you pay for. I would rate this dining experience a 5 on a 1-5 scale and would come here again in a heartbeat.

I ordered 2 You pick 2s "rapid pick-up" with the Panera app. My order included 2 baguettes and 2 bread bowls (which my fiance and I were craving and cost an extra $3). The whole idea behind "rapid pick-up" was to avoid standing in line to receive my order. When I got to this Panera, my order wasnt waiting for me on the "rapid pick-up" shelf (a little annoying, but not a huge deal). So instead of avoiding the line, I was now forced to stand in it to find out where my order was. When I finally got to the cashier I found out they held my order because they were out of french baguettes (a little more annoying since bread is in the name, but whatcha gonna do?). I was able to cope with the lack of baguette by convincing myself the bread bowl would be enough. When I finally got my food home I was extremely disappointed and incredibly annoyed to discover the bread bowls my fiance and I were craving (and essentially the whole reason for ordering from Panera in the first place) were nowhere to be found, but were absolutely paid for! I know this sounds petty, but theres something I like to call general principal. When using an ordering method called "rapid pick-up" and paying extra (regardless of the amount) to order bread products from a restaurant named Panera BREAD, you expect certain things. Needless to say 3 strikes and you know the rest. I will not be patronizing this particular Panera again. Good luck to those of you who do.

Staff was excellent, helped me out of a bind. I placed a catering order for a Thursday pickup (or so I thought), but due to a mistake on MY part, I actually placed the order for a Friday pickup. When I arrived Thursday morning, Maryam (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) caught my mistake, but took it upon herself to immediately make my order, and less than 15 minutes later, I was able to leave with the sandwiches. Thank you so much again. Ill definitely be placing more catering orders with you guys.

Lousy service, Panera sandwiches are not bad (3.5 stars), ordered Mango smoothie: barely a hint of Mango if any, tasted like mostly banana (at 29 cents a pound for banana), sounds like "false advertising" to me, should say Banana-Mango smoothie, more like 90% banana, 10% mango if you are lucky, complained to the manager, replacement never came; waited for 10 minutes, the 2 ladies behind the counter were chatting away... we left, not coming back anytime soon to this Panera.

Really disappointed.... I just left after waiting 20 minutes to pick up a sandwich for lunch. They had five registered going and only two servers trying to push out orders. Seems like they are more focused on getting your money than getting you the sandwich. When I got back and tried eating the sandwich it was like eating a soggy sponge.... everything fell out of the sandwich... Not sure Ill ever put myself through that again for an overprices turkey sandwich...

Loved the food but the restaurant wasnt doing good. There were many empty tables but not one was cleaned. We had to ask for one to be cleaned and then he came with a rag and gave a it a couple swishes and that was it. The crumbs he knocked on the seats were just left there. They failed to put out the lemon for the iced tea. They had ran out of bread bowls two hours before closing. I will continue going to Panera Bread but not at this location.

This is the 4th time this Panera location has messed up my order. I love Panera and always come back only because it is close to my home. Today I ordered Tomato soup and a side of bread-fairly simple order. I received a not full cup of soup (it was to go) and no side of bread or croutons to put in the soup. Will start going to a different location that can get my order correct.

Eh. Been coming here for many years. Shrinking portions, a swap to shaker cheese a few months back on the Caesar salad (tastes grocery store bought at best), watered down fruit bunch (never used to be this way) and yeah make sure to check your order before you leave. Not uncommon to be wrong.

Nice decor, much like other Panera locations. Tables were very clean, order was speedy. Friendly service. The corn chowder I got was slightly spicy (good) and delicious. Its sorta tucked away in the back of a small plaza off of Spit Brook Rd., within visual distance of Daniel Webster Highway.

I no longer have a reason to go, why would you take away the smokehouse Turkey panini? Everyone I have ever known that goes there orders it. We are all so upset. I took to Facebook & out of my 423 friends, 122 responded that thats their go to sandwich there as well.

The food is consistently tasty and the atmosphere is comfortable- just like youd expect. However it does get very busy- just like youd expect. If youre on the go, consider the call ahead or rapid pick-up services to speed up your experience.

Last 3 times the order was wrong. When getting carry out they literally make wrong sandwich or give you the wrong soup. This last one the bread for the panini was so hard had to throw it away. Waste of money and time...

Good as the usual Panera joints. But this one is bad in a way that it has zero power outlet so not good if you want to mobilize your office or charge your phone here. Still a good place nonetheless.
