Wow 3 other people complaining about this guy,. ill tell you this I have nothing to do with rich or his even and a completely separate issue. This guy is a dead beat, we did work for him and they put a stop payment on his check claiming he over paid. Then sent him a invoice and jacob said your right i owe you but only $500 but then never paid even that. This guy owes me $1000 wheres my money dead beat jacob.. I bailed you out 3 days before your event because the other company pulled out. Now I know why they did. I did the job you asked and approved. You said you were happy and everything was great after the show and never told me you over paid. I should of known better when you kept saying you didnt have time to sign and I required cash before setup then you only could come up with $2000 in cash and said the " client was going to pay the balance with a check. " The client turned out to be Adrianne your partner and instead of calling me thinking you made a mistake you then put a stop payment on a check. Who does that. This guy is a wack job. Heard his event was a flop, fire alarm went off, couldnt get his food ready.. and after reading 3 other people on google reviews to stay away im sad to say im the 4th. Stay away from this guy and girl. Horrible people,. a joke to the industry DO NOT USE STAY AWAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN

Just had an INCREDIBLE graduation party! Jake really helped to make it an event to remember. The food was delicious, and the presentation was elegant and classy. All our guests (almost 200 people) were raving about the food and atmosphere. I highly recommend. Jake was an amazing communicator and even went out of his way to help me with some last minute favors ( I was panicking a little and he helped soothe me and assured me everything would work out great, and it did). Thanks again, Jake! I am looking forward to using you again in the near future for an engagement party this summer. 5 stars!!

No matter how good the food ended up being the day of the party...it couldnt have come close to making up for the degree of frustration and unprofessionalism leading up to the event, and following the event. Jacob is a horrible communicator, and his father Doron, the business manager, was nasty, rude, and confrontational. This is a classic case of a creative mind (Jacob) being a terrible communicator and horrible to work with. I would NEVER recommend that you hire them. Its just not worth the stress and hassle. Nepotism at its worst!

Doesnt matter that the food was good. The business end of the job, both before and after our event, was completely unprofessional and incredibly difficult to deal with. I could list the many ways they screwed up, but Ive already wasted enough energy on them. I will never use this caterer again, and would strongly advise others to go elsewhere.

J Culinary just catered a Hannukah party for my school and all I have to say is oh mynorah! His service is punctual, his staff is warming, and Jacob is such a mensch! I highly recommend!
