The food is absolutely disgusting. They have an excellent presentation of food, very fancy dining room, fancy sounding menu and try to portray this restruaunt as upscale. However, it is just a cover up for their awful food and extremely poor service. I will say it is working because the place is always busy and it’s sad to see customers tricked by all the flare. The restaurant was so dark I could not read the menu and got a headache from reading the menu in the dark. I ordered the Italian Combo and the meatballs were burned, chicken parm greesy/burned and the batter was thicker than the chicken. We ordered our meal from a meek waitress with no personality and soon after a man ran to the table with a tomato and mozzarella salad, one for my wife and I. We were confused because we did not order the salad but thought it must have come with the meal (not uncommon in an Italian restaurant). The hostess approached the table and asked how everything was. I asked her if salads came with the meal and she said no with a condescending tone. My wife had taken a bite out of the salad and she made us feel like we had did something wrong. The hostess said to me “You didn’t touch your salad did you” I replied no and she whisked the salads from the table and went to the kitchen. Never returned to say sorry or anything else and avoided us the rest of the time we were there. Bottom line this place is the worst I have ever been. They dress the atmosphere up like it is something from a culinary magazine to cover up the disgusting food and poor service. Good Luck if you try this place.

First impression... The ambiance was really great... my son and I sat at the bar... while the server was very friendly he also was very professional. Our food was delivered in a timely mannor even though the restaurant was extremly busy... Our entree choices were Chicken Parm and NY Sirloin... both cooked to perfection... We also thought your prices are reasonable... Even though we have eaten there many of times I felt compelled to write this time... Many thanks to you for bringing an upscale restaurant to the area. I had a First Communion party catered by Trattoria Romana Express this past weekend and it was outstanding. Everything from scheduling the event to planning the menu was trouble-free due to the help of the event coordinator, Billy. He helped us decided on a menu to cater for different tastes of our guests and within our budget. The food was delivered on time and prepared to eat. All the guests were extremely happy with the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!!!

A nice cheaper alternative to the full size restaurant next door. You can do eat-in or take-out and the food is always delicious. The coffee and desserts are good as well.

2nd visit and just as the first, the vegetariano was DELISH! The mamas meatballs are amazing!! They are a little pricey but so worth it!! Will definitely visit again!
