I got my eyebrows done in there today and i didnt notice at first but when i got home i felt my eyebrow burning so i looked and part of my skin was ripped off under my left eyebrow. When getting my eyebrows done she said nothing about it, didnt apologize, didnt check to see if i was okay and i looked quickly in the mirror because i assumed she would know how to do them and it was just a normal pain i felt. she still said nothing, so i get home and its burning. i was going to let it go to not cause problems because i guess it happens but then i realized she didnt even apologize or say anything and the pain got worse so i went back and they were whispering between themselves, the two ladies and she told me to take a seat to wait for her to be done with the haircut she was doing, (a.k.a trying to figure out how to not get in trouble) so i show her and she had nothing to say, i told her i was mad she didnt say anything and she was like oh i showed you and denied that it was her fault when this has never happened to me before when getting my eyebrows done. She panicked and started shaking and instead of owning up to it just gave me her managers number and corporates number and told me to call. She was a nervous wreck because she knew it was her fault and all i was asking was a simple sorry and my money back or something. Her name was dominique i believe and i highly recommend not going to this salon. Some of the most unprofessional people ive ever met.

I just left from this location with a great experience. I got my hair colored and cut by Nick aka the Dominique with the very short blond/purple hair. She is great super friendly. Very kind and all about the clients comfort. Double checks everything you want done before doing so that you get exactly what you want. She also asks a good amount of questions to make sure your hair will be exactly how you want it to be. The staff as a whole, is very friendly. The facility is clean and professional. I have finally found a salon that I will come back to.

Overall, this place is nice & clean. I wanted to have a hair cut & the lady did a great job. I was quite satisfied with their service. But the only thing I didnt like was that after my haircut, when I went on to their counter to pay, the lady kept on staring in my wallet continuously to see how much tip Im paying to her. And when I paid her (which was quite okay according to the total bill amount), her face expression was like "Thats it!!?" Lol. I mean, it was kinda awkward. Businesses should train their staff not to look desperate.

After trying a bunch of places around the area for haircuts, I figured I would give Supercuts a shot. So long as I get a good haircut for a good price it doesnt matter to me where I get it. I got possibly the best haircut Ive gotten in a year or more - exactly what I was looking for and I only gave a quick description to the lady before she started. The prices are also very good, especially if you have a coupon.

It appears to be professional until you pay attention to the way the management speaks to the employees. I really felt bad for the girl. The manager (Gabby?) was absolutely rude and degrading to the employee. They really should change managers or train them how to lead properly. There is no "I" in Team!

"Stylist" Kristy Saakes gave my fiancé her card with her number to make future appointments. He did so once and now she wont stop texting him provocative and unwelcomed messages and is STALKING him on social media. Management wont do anything and shes clearly abusing her clients and her position.

I just got my hair cut,by the manager, she was absolutely fantastic! She was so sweet,and personable, and she knew exactly how to cut my hair, and what I was wanting it to look like. She did not butcher my hair, and I will be back!! Not going anywhere else!

Worst experience of my life. Waste of money horrible atmosphere and rude staff. When you go to cut your hair you want someone that will cut it for yo not for their liking. Never going back again
