I went there about two months ago for a trim, I told the stylist that I had facial piercings(eyebrow and monroe) she said she knew but was too busy talking and got careless. She caught my eyebrow ring with the comb and partially ripped it. I said it was no big deal at the time, but two months later I finally had to just take it out because it never fully healed from her careless actions. Now I have to wait for it to heal and pay another 75 dollars to have it redone...I would not suggest anyone go to this place.....they are careless and clumsy....I dont know how many times I had to tell her to watch out for my piercings.....terrible

I went to this place to get my head shaved. They buzzed it once over, didnt bother to go over a second time. They didnt do the back and fix it up and didnt take off my side burns. The lady spent maybe 1 minute. When I came home I had to take scissors and cut off the long strands of hair that she left. Besides the lady to the left was talking about warts on her hand. Disgusting!

TERRIBLE!! I went there to get my prom hair done and she shows me one side of my head that looks good and when I got home it looked like the other side had just been thrown together like a freaking rats nest!!! I had to immediately run to another salon where they saved my day! I will never be coming back here, absolutely terrible service and poor skills.

Absolutely love the service, and stylists. The receptionist, Khara i think her name was, was very urgent and attentive. The stylists there are wonderful, but my favorite, Nicole. If you live in orange county, its worth the stop!!

Horrible experience. The lady left me with two uneven eye brows that could not be fixed by another salon because one was waxed extremely thin! I guess go there if you want a cheaper "okay" hair cut or a trim.

My hair has been cut by Thelma and Janice. Both stylists are excellent! They do a terrific job and they have a pleasant manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else to have my hair and waxing done.

Horrible experience waited over 45 minutes to get hair cut. The attendant kept saying a few more minutes. They could have been honest and said it will be an hour.
