I had my fathers 90th birthday party at The Palace and couldnt ask for a better experience. Rene, who was my event coordinator, did a great job in helping me pick out the proper space, food and decorations for the party. The room looked spectacular and the food was delicious. Jen, who was the service coordinator for the party, made sure the food was served timely and the wait staff was attentive to the needs of the guests. Jen insured that guests with specific dietary needs were served specially prepared meals. She oversaw the cutting of the cake and assisted guests in taking extra pieces home. Everyone enjoyed the party at The Palace since the professional folks there made it an event to remember. I recommend them highly and would use The Palace again in the future.

When we checked this location out I was unsure at the time since it was during a transition period with them and another catering company. However, what helped us chose The Palace was they did not push and Renee who later became my coordinator was very helpful and gave lots of advice before we even decided to pick them. And once the day of the wedding came and they provided an amazing service and all my guest continue to tell me how amazing the food was. Renee worked with me every step of the way and the customer service provided is above all the best I have ever experienced. They helped make my wedding feel like it was the most perfect wedding ever.

This was my first time here for an Elvis impersonator dinner & show. The show was great but the food was horrible. The only thing that was good with the food was the salad, roll & desert. The main course was suppose to be steak that tasted like tough roast beef & very fatty.The ice in the drinks tasted like dirt However the staff was amazing very helpful & spot on with the service. Also I felt like we were packed in there like sardines! Would definitely see the show again but somewhere else!

From the first phone call to the actual celebration, our experience with Lauren and the staff at the Palace was wonderful. I cant say enough about the atmosphere, the food, the customer service and the attention to detail. Family and friends raved about the event and we thank everyone there who made it such an incredible memory.
