My experience at Drexelbrook Catering was excellent. Angel Gallo (Executive Coordinator) was phenomenal. From my first conversation over the telephone to my first face to face conversation, Angel made me feel very comfortable and listened closely to my needs to actualize my vision. She maintained a high level of poise and professionalism throughout, by returning phone calls, emails, answering questions in a timely manner and making suggestions based on her experience. When selecting the menu, she explained details precisely, checked with the chef with my questions and concerns, reminded me to consider my guests specific dietary needs and allergies, as well as helped me to manage the budget (which was very important). The team that worked with Angel the day of my special event was simply superb. My guest and I were treated with world class service by Diamond and his team, each having my guest in mind to ensure any accommodations were met. Even the security personnel were friendly and very helpful. One helped to direct a guest who was turned around near by. The space that I utilized was the Mansion. Each area of the Mansion was stunning. My guest arrived through the patio, received hors doeuvers; enjoyed the decor and lounged there. Many of my guest also occupied the Chesapeake room to enjoy additional hors doeuvers and cocktails. Upon entering the Williamsburg ballroom through the Chesapeake room, my guest was simply amazed by the decor, (decoration: Blank Canvas by Ms Lady: Event Planning and Designs) and by the fabulous space which was well lit with crystal chandeliers and gold tones, holding approximately 200. Yes! Yes! Yes! I would recommend Drexelbrook to anyone looking to host an event and to especially ask to work with Angel G and Diamond!!!

After considering several venues for our wedding on February 18, 2017, we selected Drexelbrook. Amid our first consultation we realized with certainty that we had made the right choice. From the beginning Kim Savino exceeded our expectations. In addition to being kind and courteous and an overall pleasure to work with she was extremely attentive and responsive. At the onset, we thought the process would be more overwhelming, especially considering we didn’t have a wedding planner, but with Kims assistance we were able to navigate the planning process relatively comfortably. She assisted us in each key phase of the wedding planning process. Drexelbrook has relationships with many vendors so the selection process was smooth and well-organized. The day of the wedding, we were taken aback with how beautiful the venue looked. The ambiance was put together quite beautifully. From the ceremony to the reception the timing was great and each aspect was facilitated seamlessly by Drexelbrook staff. Further, the food was absolutely delicious. I must say, we expected good service but were quite surprised at how conspicuously exceptional it was. So much so that many of our guests commented on the quality. Everyone on the team was amazing. Diamond, in particular, was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, were extremely satisfied with our Wedding and highly recommend Drexelbrook to anyone looking for a similar experience.

I usually do not write reviews unless a company goes above and beyond - and the Drexelbrook did that and even more for me and my family. I was planning a destination baptism in Drexel Hill, PA so it was not possible for me to do anything in person. My contact through the whole process was Angel, and she made it very easy for me to plan and coordinate everything. She got me in touch with vendors that I needed, sent me pictures so I could see how things looked like. All the planning was done online or via the phone. Her and her staff orchestrated the event flawlessly and all my guests were very impressed. I could not be there before the event, so she took pictures of everything before the guests arrived and sent them to me so I can see how beautiful everything had turned out. Also, the icing on the cake was when the Drexelbrook found my sons gold cross and stone that was lost during the baptism - you do not find honest people like that anymore that return something that is so high in value. I am utterly impressed and wish the Drexelbrook success always. I recommend them to anyone that wants to work with an honest group of people dedicated to making sure your day is memorable. Thank you to Angel, Christine, Alyson, Fred, Chris and everyone else that helped with our event, we will never forget you!!

Angel Gallo was our contact person for my mothers 100th birthday celebration, a buffet luncheon for 130 people, including over 20 kids under the age of 12! Angel helped us plan, gave us good advice, and was so flexible about the menu, decorations, beverages, etc. The party was a spectacular success -- the staff, headed by maitre d Ray, made us feel completely at home and accomodated our every need, including procuring a mike at the last minute, wiring up our photo slide show, and lighting 100 candles on 100 minicupcakes! Ray even made my mothers plate from the buffet and served her himself. The food was delicious -- their sundae bar is unbelievable, the best hot fudge ever! The Mansion Ballroom is lovely and spacious. I hope I can make it to my 50th wedding anniversary so I can have the party at Drexelbrook -- Ray says hell be our maitre d again!

We had our wedding at Drexelbrook in the south/central ballroom a few weeks ago, and what an incredible day it was! Rain, terrible heat, and high humidity could not stop us from having a beautiful day, largely in part to Drexelbrook. From the moment we first met with Drexelbrook, they were so flexible and easy to work with. They listened to the vision I had and made it happen, better than I ever could. Im still receiving compliments on the beauty of the ballroom and the deliciousness of the food. So many people have told me the apps were the best theyve ever tasted. Kim Savino was our contact person throughout the entire process and does her job with perfection. What a wonderful asset to the company. The day was better than we could have ever imagined. Wish we could do it all over again! If youre getting married, CHOOSE DREXELBROOK!

Our Drexelbrook reception was more than we had ever hoped for. Everyone we met gave us the highest customer service that we ever experienced. All of my life I dreamed of an elegant wedding, well the Drexelbrook made that dream come true and then some! If you have a vision for your wedding day bring it to the Drexelboook and they will make it happen. Our day was everything we ever wanted and the Drexelbrook was more amazing then we ever imagined. We would chose the Drexelbrook over and over again. Christine, our coordinator was knowledgeable and made our wedding personal and elegant and Ray our Maitre d thought of everything and met our every need.

Angel was very good with all correspondence and great to work with. The restrooms were clean and attractive as well as the lobby. The visual sound team would have liked more time to set up. The lettuce on the salad was skimpy, I didnt care for the dressing. I like Evoo with citrus. The chicken was tender, but I expected more flavor. The rice was bland. It had no butter or chicken stock. Dessert was tastey. The room suited our needs well. Everyone had a good time 2 people at my table were not served 10 to 15 min after the others. I asked a waiter to bring them their meals. Table 5.
