Sorry folks… I know that there are a lot of positive reviews of Feastivities / OffShoots out there here, but Id like to make sure to provide the other side. These folks were a disaster for our wedding. Among other things, they brought the wrong number of flowers (9 tables short!), screwed up the chuppah, and didnt provide the appropriate maid of honor bouquet. We were absolutely crushed. Worse, they didnt provide any explanation whatsoever. They ducked our calls for 3 weeks after the wedding - we had to call them daily for weeks to get a call back. The person actually handling our wedding quit the firm (Chris, who has a fantastic reputation). When they finally did call, they refused to take responsibility for anything, and finally hanging up on my wife. Naturally, they refused to refund a single cent. So youre aware, my wife and I are business executives in New York (I.e., not business novices!). We were appalled by the behavior of Andy (the owner) and the rest of the team. I would strongly encourage you – implore you – to go with someone else. Sadly, when a vendor screws up your wedding, theres very little you can do. I can only hope that by telling our story online, there can be a bit of karmic retribution (and even, perhaps, save another couple from this dreadful experience). We hosted a Welcome Reception, in lieu of a rehearsal dinner for my sons wedding. We wanted a casual event featuring typical Philadelphia food. The menu they proposed was EXACTLY what we envisioned (Cheesesteaks, pork sandwiches, pretzels, water ice, tasty cakes. etc.) The night of the event could not have gone any better. The food was absolutely delicious - all our guests raved about it - and very authentic. The staff was amazing! They were incredibly professional and pleasant. They each went above and beyond what I would have expected from them. We couldnt have been more pleased with how our event turned out. I would absolutely contract Feastivities again. They handled our casual event beautifully and I have no doubt they would make any event, formal to casual, exactly the way you envision it. Aside from being so responsive to our vision, they thought of many things we did not and brought it to our attention. Every detail was addressed. They are extraordinary.

After using Festivities for our wedding at the Stotesbury Mansion in Philadelphia this past September, I cannot say enough good things about them. We worked specifically with Hannah, who helped us along every step of the way, and I attribute all of her expertise and assistance throughout the entire process to making our special day feel so memorable and so personalized. Festivities made sure that both of us felt comfortable with everything that was being decided on in each step of the planning process, from the tasting menu, down to our signature cocktails served at the reception. Almost every single guest weve talked to afterwards couldnt stop raving about the wedding, and more specifically about how great the quality the food was, especially with an event with 100 people. I would absolutely choose to book Festivities again!

I spent about 2 years planning a wedding that was intentionally a little off-kilter. Needless to say, in the attempt to create a unique, fun, and surprising experience for my guests, I had to overcome a ton of snags. To cut to the chase, Feastivities is the single element of our wedding that, when I look back, I know was the reason everything went so beautifully. Who knows how the evening would have unfolded if we went with a caterer that was not also masquerading as a five-star kitchen, wedding planner, day-of coordinator, juggler, and therapist. What a group - such talented, considerate, hard working, and dedicated people! I will be recommending Feastivities to all of my friends, families, and cooworkers looking to plan an event. And the bottom line is - their food is unbeatably amazing.

We hired Dawn at Feastivites for our May wedding at the Highlands Mansion in Ft. Washington, PA. With a chef fiancé, our wedding food had to be impeccable. We also wanted someone to coordinate the day so we or my family did not have to lift a finger. From the first meeting to the last dance, Dawn helped us plan and throw off the most fun day of our lives. The food looked and tasted amazing (7 appetizers, 2 main courses and side dishes all cooked to perfection!) and well worth the cost. Dawn and her staff were attentive yet not pushy with us and all the guests and I never once saw an empty glass or dirty plate sitting out for more than a few seconds. If you can swing the budget, I would recommend Feastivities to anyone who wants a delicious and relaxing wedding (or other special event).

charged her $4,000 for coffee, tea, 250 donuts and sour patch kides (her husbands favorites) and only had one server at the funeral. would not give her an itemized bill to explain the charges and just sent her an invoice. She called AmEx, AmEx agree that the chargers were above and beyond and yet feastivites still took my friend to court. Given her situation with a recenly passed husband and a 6 month old child to take care of she did not want to go to court and ruin memorys of her husbands beautiful service and decided to setting by paying them $2,500. Still a rip-off. Her lawyer was frustrated b/c he was positive she would have won. There is something very wrong with a company that would take advantage of a young widow and mother. Keep that in mind when making your catering choice.

I had the pleasure work with Doug and Justin from Feastivities for my 10.5.13 wedding! This team was so amazing! Since my venue wasnt a "traditional" wedding space, we had to bring in everything ourselves! Doug and Justin worked out all the rentals and designed the space exactly the way I envisioned. Our food was unique , innovative and delicious! We interviewed a few caterers before we booked our tasting with Feastivities. I was blown away by the presentation and professionalism. I am so happy that we worked with them on our wedding day! Our guests loved our venue and raved about the food! I highly recommend Feastivities for your next event! Make sure to ask for Doug and Justin!

Feastivities was phenomenal. The coordinator (Emily) they provided was on top of every little detail, responded quickly and helpfully, and never once pushed back or tried to talk us out of things we wanted for our wedding (as many other vendors did). The tasting was fantastic and informative, and the food at the actual wedding was EXACTLY as we tasted it, served piping hot and delicious. They were helpful in finding a way to get what we wanted for the budget we had, and helped us to have a perfect wedding, exactly as we envisioned it. I would recommend Feastivities to anyone planning their wedding (and have been doing so to anyone that will listen). Everything was perfect.
