Chick-fil-a is awesome! This location, I have a problem with. And it may just be the area. I came here for Veterans Day with my sister, who is the Vet. We went thru the drive thru and were met by a young lady who placed our order on a tablet. She asked if my sister wanted a 4 pcs meal bc you get a whole meal for Vets. When we got the window they asked us to pay so my sister said can we use the veterans day meal. So they rang it up as $4. So we asked what that was for and the cashier said it should be free. The cashier called for a manager named Rob. He came to the register and said, "its not for military, its only Vets." The cashier just looked at us like we had two heads. Wont be coming back here. Thanks for your service to all Military men and women. Thanks Chick-fil-a.

They were almost @ closing and I hadnt eaten all day. The service was SLOPPY! I got half cooked spicy chicken, they forgot my salad dressing and overcharged me!!!! I went bk in store to advise of raw chicken but didnt realize that I didnt have my salad dressing until I parked at another location about to eat. I was FURIOUS!! Sloppy service! Another patron came over to me when I gaad Gome back in about the raw children and said how she too had awful service at ty his location , especially during closing. If you can, and are willing to drive a fee extra miles, go to the Chick-fil-A in Chadds Ford - service is usually always on point! Thumbs down for Ridley Chick-fil-A! !!

Love this particular one,always on point, good fresh hot food xould be addicting, lil pricy buy sooo worth it,strips,nuggets,orig.sandwich,spicy sand ,chick.salad sandwich, shakes n waffle fries r so good all the time, try the orig.sauce,Polynesian, honey mustatd,and buttermilk ranch all good u can also get cheese for their delicious waffle fries for like a small charge think .50 Employees always very nice n line moves quickly and they have a great indoor play area for kids,very clean too

this particular location has very crowded drive thru and customers walking to their car have to navigate not being hit in lot very dangerous. inside if its crowded...people wait in a large clump off to the side cluttering the aisles and its rely disorganized. foods always good.people always polite. I think chikfila needs to decide if its fast food or wait service. I had a lady keep refilling my drink. was she a waitress? do we tip her? Im confused.

Employees literally ALWAYS mess up my order when I come. I even check in the bag what I get and they STILL give me the wrong order when I open up the package at home. Maybe once in a blue moon they will have my order right but overall they always mess it up. No one wants to go home with a messed up order. That just makes people very angry! Once in a while is fine because people make mistakes but they literally mess up all the time :((((

As with any fast food place the food is the same at every location, so if youre expecting anything different youll be disappointed. The service is what sets chick-fil-a apart, and this location lives up to that. Friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. The only downside would be the amount of customers on a busy day. They are very busy for lunch and dinner, so plan accordingly.

The best service that you can ever get from a fast food establishment. If they service it, I pretty much like it (other than eggs on the breakfast sandwich. Im allergic so youll have to try that on your own. Haha) the lemonade is awesome and so is the tea and if you cant decide which one you want then just ask for half n half.

I worked for chick fil a as a young teen and became manger quickly because of my hreat service and awesome people skills .i hope to see Jeremy move up very soon .i also tild his manger Sam about him

Arrived at 5:09pm to the drive thru. Finally received my order and was pulling out of lot at 5:34pm. After getting to the pick up window, I was asked to pull up and theyd bring it to me. I watched in my mirrors as 7 vehicles received their orders and pull out before I got my order. A little discourging.

Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches of any chain restaurant in America!!! They even have great breakfasts. UNCLE GERRYS TIP: Don’t go on Sunday’s they are closed to let the employees spend the day with their families. Which is great even if I cant get me a Chick-fil-A fix when I want it!!

For the most part the service is good, but recently it has been declining. Forgetting to offer condiments, giving one at the most, have to remind them to do so and not nearly as friendly. Did taste good but for the price that they charge, you would hope the service would be better.

Fast friendly service, food has always been good at this location. The store is kept very clean, and there are always plenty of employees working that despite often long lines, you wont wait long for your food, even in the drive through.

Even on a busy & crowded Friday at noon time, the service was superior, food was excellent, and everything was clean and running smoothly. Chick Fil As customer service rivals its own delicious food as to why we keep coming back!

I like this location because you see all the neighborhood people. They keep the lines moving just like all the other Chick-fil-A. The food is hot and the fries are not soggy or soft, but have just the right crunch.

The parking lot is way too small to accommodate the customers. This is a very busy establishment and the lot doesnt take that into consideration.
