DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ATLANTIC LOCK- you will be sorry. They will take your money and not stand by the products they sell and install. They do not return calls and they have excuses for everything. I paid a lot of money for new digital locks in my house and in less than 4 months multiple ones are broken. I have been reaching out for over2 months now to have repairs done and there is one excuse after another. They claim the lock manufacturer is very slow at shipping. They believe they are going above and beyond by not charging me to come out and make the repair. I support local businesses whenever possible, but this has been a huge disappointment and aggravating experience. I believe I would be receiving much better service from Home Depot or Lowes. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to hear how they respond.

I have been doing business with these guys for a long time now, and I can honestly say they are the best game in town when it comes to locks. They know their products/services, are prompt to come to you when you need at home service, and most of all they are courteous. They came out on the early end of the given window and were nothing but a professional and completed the job to my satisfaction very quickly. It was great working with such a competent, friendly, and customer driven company. This is the only locksmith I will use in the future! Patronize a great local business!

Highly recommended. Ive been using Atlantic Lock for over 16 years. The entire team is great. They are flexible in scheduling the best time and date for service calls. They are extremely knowledgeable and make smart recommendations. When I request premium Baldwin products they know exactly where to find the true quality item, instead of the lesser Quickset version of Baldwin that is carried by Home Depot. They always get the job done right the first time and they always leave my house in perfect shape.

My wife and i went to see Andrew at there showroom. He helped us pick out some beautiful hardware for our new front door. There techs did a great job with the install. They also provided and installed a brand new Gardall fire safe to help protect our valuables.. I highly recommend these guys.

These folks sold me a defective expensuve car key that brok four times in one year. They said I must be breaking it...a senior person and retired lawyer. They told me the only thing defective is me. Do not use this company.

Fantastic locksmith. Came at 1130pm and had an awful time with an extremely old lock but would not give up. Also charged me a lot less than other locksmiths for an emergency call. I highly recommend them.
