Great service and staff!! (well Ive only met Mike, the manager). I usually go to a friend who has his own shop, but we moved and hes too far to go to for simple things or really more of an inconvenience. For now, Im starting out slow with an oil change (2x) and tire balancing, but well see if things go right, we may have to replace our dear friend. Which he wont mind anyway. I called to ask if they offer a ride home if I needed it, and he said if its not too far, but that the services I needed wouldnt take more than an hour. A called a few more times with other questions and every time Mike answered he was very polite and informative. I see mechanics as dentists (I worked for many) and some can tell you that you need all this work done or else and really its just a way they know they can make money, and some do what needs to be done, but also inform you of things that you should get fixed, but that you will be ok for now and that is how I feel this place is. I remember the first time I was I made aware of something that should get replaced (dont remember what it was, filter maybe?), but never felt pressured (as a woman, not knowing a thing about cars, except how to drive them) to get it done right then and there like I did when I went for an oil change at the dealer we got the car from. I know I babbled, but just want to let you know I feel comfortable coming here and being informed correctly and not being taken advantage of. :)

2 times I made appointments with their online website. The first time I went and they told me they were booked. I explained that I made the appointment online which I was told that they dont check the online appointments so they had no room for me. They explained that they were in transission with owners and management and everything should be better in a few months. So a few months go by and I try the online appointments again. I get to the place and it is closed. Times posted online are different then the ones they have posted on the door. Also they make no mention of being closed for holidays as I had an emergency in Memorial Day. Website did not list this and there was no sign at the business stating so.

Excellent service! Brought in our 2005 Camry to diagnose very loud exhaust noise, thinking we would need to replace whole system. Mike was very accommodating and took the car in same day and told us it was a broken flex pipe, would cost $235 to replace and could have it done today. We were surprisingly pleased as we had taken the car to STS several months prior and they told us we needed to replace the entire exhaust system at a cost of $1,000 plus. We didnt know if we wanted to spend that kind of money at that time, so we waited. I am glad we did and glad we decided to take it to Meineke instead. The car runs beautifully now, and is quiet as a mouse! Thank you Mike and staff!

Brand New Muffler and Tailpipe in 12/15/2014, 98,000 miles, at 105,000 miles, tailpipe fell off and they wanted to charger me $250 to fix what they replaced 7,000 miles ago...Horrible attitude, rude and nasty. If their work only lasts 7,000 miles, they must use the cheapest parts on the market, Go elsewhere, I am...12/15/14 work was done..The entire exhaust system was welded, cant be fixed, they screwed up the whole thing..Not one clamp used...Beware

Never again will I try to give this place my business. Ive tried twice now and the woman who claims to be the Manager wouldnt know customer service if it slapped her in the face. I only tried this place because a friend recommended them, but apparently its under new ownership since he went there. Its going to soon be under new ownership again with that woman running the show.

I had work done on the front end of my car at the end of October . Than in January has a issue with the front end again. After 5 weeks the owner finally got back to me. There was a a bit of confusion as to the work that was done or not done to the car. After a long discussion with the owner we came to a compromise .

I just had my car in for service. The manager Kathy was so nice to talk with and seems exceptionally knowledgeable. Rich was also great and me understand what I needed, why and when. There was no sales pressure like I have gotten at other places.

These guys are great! An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold, and I cant tell you how many times these guys have saved me money. Trustworthy, reliable, solid work, highly recommended!
