We have bought yet another vehicle today from BMW Morristown, this time a 2015 335i xDrive M-Sport 8-speed automatic. Our experience today has re-affirmed once again that BMW Morristown is the best dealership in the area due to their exceptional service! This time we dealt with Alvin Monroy (salesperson) for the car purchase and Kevin Luan (finance manager) for the paperwork. It was my second time working with Kevin and my first time both meeting and working with Alvin. Where to start with Alvin...first off, hes by far the most human-like car salesman Ive ever encountered in my life. He is somebody who you truly feel like you can invite over to a barbecue and enjoy a game with. Hes incredibly professional, calm, polite, charismatic, friendly, and sociable. He worked with us extensively with the utmost patience to help us narrow down our car search and it was obvious that he had our best interests in mind the entire time. He fully and clearly answered all of our questions and made sure that we received all of the available incentives. He was never pushy, didnt pressure us, and played no games whatsoever. He is extremely straightforward; his only agenda is getting you the car that you want at the best price possible. Another great quality about him is that he is very knowledgable and knows a lot about the cars that hes selling, as well at the competitions cars. He and I talked about a lot of different vehicles and I was surprised to see how much he knew about each model. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with him if youre considering getting a new car because he crushes the car salesman stereotype. I also really hope he is still there for our next car purchase because he is truly one of a kind! Kevin is also amazing because he is charismatic and his focus was set on making the paperwork as easy and simple as possible while getting us the best deal with the bank. Although theyve recently had to switch banks because of some issues, everything worked out fine for us as Alvin took even more money off of our car in order to make up for the difference in rates. Kevin is not your typical finance guy. Like Alvin, he is friendly, easy to talk to, and played no games. Instead of pushing us to buy every available extra, he talked to us about our driving habits and determined that many of them wouldnt suit our needs. He rightfully suggested only one, the Wheel and Tire Package, and we were glad he suggested it because its a total must with the M-Sport Package. While signing the papers, we had great conversations and even shared a few laughs. There seems to be great communication between the finance department and the sales team because both guys knew what was going on at all times and the buying process was very fluid. In case you havent been to the facility, take my word that it is impeccable. It is much larger than other BMW dealerships that Ive been to and contains significantly more inventory. The lot is huge and they even have a considerable amount of inventory on the roof (thanks for the tour Alvin!).There is also a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs as well as fresh coffee, pastries, and other beverages which makes the place quite welcoming. All of the staff there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and appreciative of the well-earned business customers give them. The manager actually came over a few times to personally thank us for our business! There is no doubt in my mind that our future car purchases will come from there. Thanks a lot for yet another great experience guys! See you again soon. -Henry, Marcia, and Raivo

I brought my car in for service in the beginning of November and got it back in the beginning of December. Literally one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. They barely diagnose problems, the service department loves to say "Its Normal" or "Cannot duplicate"... oh how they live for those words. The service advisors are a complete joke. They absolutely do not call you. One of the service advisors named Danielle talked to me and told me she would call me back in a bit, 3 hours after not hearing anything I decided to call her and of course she went home. One of the other service advisors named Katie Richards is the same way. "Ill call you later today with an update" translates to "dont expect a call from her." Heck, even the managers dont call people back, it must be something everyone there lives by. Katie never knows whats going on. If I ask a question about the repair shell leave a note for the technician and never follow up with me on what I asked. In fact, today she put me on hold, or at least she thought so, and I clearly heard her say that "I was saying 10 different things and didnt know what I was talking about," then she must have realized then hung up. The repairs in general take a long time. I had many cosmetic repairs and it still took a full month for me to receive my car. When the car was finally done, I drove around the parking lot just to hear that my car was making the same sound that I had already personally showed the technician (David Mendez). Literally all the time that I spent driving with him to show him the sound meant nothing as he claimed he "could not duplicate" the sound after I had already duplicated it for him. And of course, my car had to be left at the shop again, and that repair was completed in one whole week. I also had recall work done by these guys in my taillights. When I looked over the work, all the wires from the taillights were freely hanging, not even taped up, but FREELY HANGING! Is this why I take my car to the dealer?? As a response, the manager gave me a free detail and Katie was completely clueless about what was included in this detail. I ended up never using the detail because I didnt want their valet drivers taking a dirty towel to my car and leaving soap all over my car for it to be baked by the sun. And YES, this did occur to me. Needless to say Ive had it with this unprofessional dealer. The only thing the service department is good at is giving me quotes for anything that isnt covered under warranty so I have to pay their ridiculous labor rates (highest in the area) and part prices. Save yourself the trouble and dont come here. Completely unprofessional staff all around.

Going to Morristown was THE WORSTcar shopping experience and a COMPLETE waste of an entire Saturday. When my husband and I arrived we had to wait 1 hour just to have a sale associate meet with us. We were looking for a new BMW. While waiting, they told us that they were so busy and that they had no literature on the BMW that we were interested in to read. On top of this, when the sales associate finally came to help us, he brought for us a USED car to test drive, even after we specified that we were only interested in a new car. He also tried to convince us on why a used car was better. To make matters worse, when we finally sat down to lease our future new BWM, they told my husband that he needed a co-signer, even though his credit score was perfect. When we asked why, they were rude, and told us that they "could not disclose" that to us. We left the dealership that night. Finally, on Monday, we called Morristown BMW to proceed with our purchase. However, no one got back to us until the next day. We then called again, but apparently, the sales associate we were working with was too busy to return our call. We then called again to speak with the manager who was too arrogant. You would think that in this ecomony that this dealership would be grateful for a sale. The sales associate would only return our calls during the evening from his personal cell phone. This was shady considering that BMW Morristown needed to be open in order for the deal to go through. After two weeks of getting no where with this dealership we FINALLY called Paul Miller BMW. This dealership, quickly responded and followed up with us after we explained to them what happened at Morristown BWM. They immediately processed all of our paperwork and found the BWM that we wanted. We ended up purchasing our BWM from Paul Miller and our monthly payments are signifcantly cheaper than what Morristown was offering us. The customer service at Paul Miller is AMAZING and we could not be happier. It would have been much easier for my husband and I to purchase a BMW from Morristown BMW. It is a lot closer to our home. We would drive the extra 30 mins to Paul Miller for service because it is THAT much better. Dont waste your time going to Morristown. When you are purchasing a BMW, you are paying for the car and the serivce. Morristown needs to understand the concept of professionalism! We will NEVER visit this dealership again.
