I have infiniti G35. I used to go here for oil change. During oil change ( an year back ) they said you need 700 worth of repairs. I went to a local infiniti specialist and they said none of the recommend services are needed. Further today I went to get some of my basic repairs done at a local mechanic and he showed me a spark plug all black and recommended me to repair. Suddenly it struck me like around 20k miles back i paid Midas to Tune up my car ( which is basically spark plug) for which I paid around $600 bucks. These guys didnt change anything these guys are scamster. Go here for oil change nothing else, that too avoid if you can .

I went there for rebalancing of a mounted tire with less than 100 miles on it. I personally drove those <100 miles. After 20 minutes they came out and informed me that the tire was damaged beyond repair. Strangely enough I know 2 other individuals that have gone there for tire rebalancing and received the same diagnosis. How coincidental is that?!?! Do NOT go there, repeat, do NOT go there for anything!!!

They are very nice and professional on phone. I ignored the bad reviews they have got and brought my car to them for regular brake service. They turned it into a $900 bill. They scared me into buying services that I absolutely did not need. The manager was very rude and hostile when I tried to use a midas coupon. I felt scammed. Will not go there again.

When I called to find out about fuel efficient tires they didnt seem to know what I was talking about. They had no knowledge or additional information on the "rolling resistance" ratings of their tires. They could not provide me with enough information to allow me to be an informed tire consumer.
