I was introduced to these guys from a friend i know and so far very pleased with there service. Im not one to right reviews but they are hard working guys with alot of experience. There Labor rate alone is lower then any repair shop i know in the area. Morever, I appreciated the follow up calls they make a couple of days after fixing your vehicle. No matter what the owner Brian usually walks into the office to greet you when you come for pick up, something I actually appreciated.

very happy and pleased with my experience, not one to hand out praises, but this shop is a great exception. im a hospice nurse and heavily rely on my car being ready and available. the guys here are very professional and use quality oem parts for my BMW. very knowledgeable and trustworthy. north jersey, this is your place for BMW service and any other make and model. i would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone i know. you have earned a long time client A+++

By far the most pleasent experience in an unpleasent situation. My car broke down on the way to work and i called bb&z. A gentleman by the name of Mike was more than happy to help accomodate me. He arranged a tow truck to pick up my vehicle bring it and myself to the facilty where i was also able to rent a vehicle and make it to work. My repairs were completed the same day at a fair price. Thank you for the great service.

I cant say enough good things about BBZ. You saved me THOUSANDS over the BMW dealer. Repaired my 545i better than the dealer ever could have, for less money. Timing and valve cover gaskets on the V8 are no easy task. Exactly what I was quoted and when it was promised, what else can I say. Im so pleased there is a dealer alternative so close.

Great shop! I have a BMW M6 and I have been going to them for two years now. I dont trust my car with every other mechanic. I have full faith in them and they are BMW specialists. Brian and George are great guys! While Im writing this reviews, my car is actually at their shop right now. Who ever needs a BMW work done must come here!
