While this place is hard to find and parking can sometimes be painful, Tom and his team are by far the most trusthworthy mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There have been several times when Ive taken my car to him when I think I need repairs and hes flat out told me they arent needed. In my experience thats often rare in this industry and I appreciate his honesty. Any work that his team has done is generally top notch and Tom does a great job explaining issues in a laymans manner.

First Choice is tops in service. The owner, Tom, is honest and fair. He is great at diagnosing a problem, and handles maintenance as though his own family was going to drive the car. He and his mechanics always go the extra mile in service. Recently I had my car in for some basic upkeep and had a dent in the back from a hit and run. After picking it up I realized they had popped out the dent! I highly recommend the work they do, the care they take, and the honest and above-board service they give.

Above and beyond service. Several times, the folks at FCM (Tom especially) have looked at my car and said theres nothing wrong -- no charge! This happened most recently after a dealership told me I needed extensive work done on my brakes. Tom looked it and test drove it, told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes, and charged me nothing for his efforts. Probably the only auto repair place I actually trust to do the right thing.

So far I booked an appointment with this auto shop for a quick oil change and inspection. The gentlemen on the phone was really nice! I will be following up after I get my service. The oil change is only $29 + Tax = $33 and some change. Not bad at all! They will also run an inspection on the car to see if everything is ok Break Wise. I look forward to seeing how they perform in action.

Tom, the owner, Bill, his right hand man, and all the mechanics at First Choice Motors are qualified technicians. Even more unusual, theyre as honest as the day is long. When they say my car needs work, I know it needs the work. Simple as that.
