I wanted to take the time to post about my experience with Aerotek in Cherry Hill, NJ. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joesph Campbell, Aerotek representative. From my initial inquiry of an open position, Joseph was dedicated to making sure he got to know me and some of my interests so that he could get me into a company that I would enjoy working for. He got back to me very quickly with a dream job opportunity that I was thrilled to hear of. Not only did Joseph get me an interview very quickly, he also coached me before the interview with very helpful interview questions that can otherwise be very tricky. Upon the day of my interview, my mother had to be rushed to the hospital. I was in fear that if I missed my interview, my chance at having a dream job would be lost. Not only did Joseph contact the company right away explaining my situation, he was able to reschedule the interview. It was very comforting that I knew I had him in my corner, something that I never felt prior to working for Aerotek. He stayed in constant contact asking how my mother was doing, giving me words of comfort in a time where I was consumed with depression. It helped tremendously his words of support and encouragement. I ended up getting the position (which I love) and I am currently in my third week. It has been a blessing that he actually believed in me and helped me through a very tough time. If you are in need of a career or good paying job, I would absolutely contact Joseph Campbell at Aerotek and can guantee he will do his best to get you the position that you desire. I am very grateful to have come into contact with him. Thanks again Joe, you have been absolutely awesome, Aerotek has an incredible worker and person to represent their company!!

Aerotek is absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever encountered with a professional service. The main reason I had to give them a 5 star rating is because of the tremendous job my agent, Brett Holiday, performed to assist me while I was attempting to gain employment with a certain company. He took the initiative to follow-up with me immediately after locating my resume online. Brett first contacted me in a very professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. He is a representative who I could tell was there to work for the benefit of his client to the best of his capabilities. During the entire process, Brett constantly checked on me to make sure all was going well. He also made sure that all of my questions and inquiries were being answered clearly and in detail. If at anytime he could not be reached, his trusted colleague, Kathryn, would do an excellent job filling-in and ensuring that the process was continuing to move smoothly, not missing a beat. Literally, within a weeks time of first contacting me about the splendid employment opportunity, Brett and Kathryn sent me online tests to complete in regards to the position, prepared me for multiple interviews, provided me with accurate information and enabled me to receive an offer from the company for the job I desired. Brett Holiday and Kathryn Joyce define dedication and their stellar work ethics and knowledge of the work they do are the best kind of endorsement that a company could hope for from their employees. So, if your looking for an agency to represent you in the employment field, I would strongly recommend the Aerotek office in Cherry Hill, NJ.

This is a great day. Pete Amico came thru big time for me. I think he tried harder to get me a job then I did. I have been working over the last year part-time. I was having a hard time finding a decent full-time job. I definitely spoke with at least 8 temp agencies. Cornerstone, Accu-staffing, Aujilia, Ranstand, Express, Arrow, Joule, Synerfax just to name a few off the top of my head. I knew I was a very good worker and I knew my resume and my experience was good enough to find a job were I could pay my bills. He actually took the time and followed up with me to help me land a job at a big company. He cared enough to send me a e-mail congratulating me on getting hired. Nobody probably reads these things but Its nice to know someone is trying to help you. Im a little older so you use to be able to walk into a company and get a interview. Now you have to go thru a temp service thru 90 percent of jobs. Most major companies will not except your resume if you dont go thru the internet. That is very scary for someone my age. I have to rely on a temp service which after you hang up the phone you dont know what they will do with your resume or if you will even get a interview even though you no you are qualified for the job. I can honestly say Pete came thru big time for me. I thank Aerotek for helping me help my family keep my house and car and boat and jet skis and most importantly my wife. Thanks, Thomas Icker

Aerotek Cherry Hill Gamal Alwan is an aerotek recruiter a very great recruiter to say the list. He took my career search personal and did everything possible to get me an opportunity. I have worked with numerous recruiting agencies who I will not name, this is the first time a recruiter took the type and went above and beyond to get the job done. Hes well connected in the industry, very passionate about his work, very approachable and empathetic. He took the time to walk me through all aspects of the process, including the emotional part of the transition from one company to the other. My experience working with Gamal Alwan is an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. My mother informed me about Aerotek shortly after my graduation during a time when it seemed my job applications were being ignored by just about every company i applied to. Upon walking in the door, I was completely blown away by how friendly and supportive the staff was. Katie, at the front desk, immediately took me under her wing and set me up with several potential connections. Before visiting, I was not feeling confident based on the several companies that had not responded to my applications. My self esteem was non-existent. I was nervous that I would not hear back from Aerotek but Katies uplifting personality and charm left me confident that I was in good hands. About two short months later, Aerotek informed me they had a position for me at a very successful company that operates globally. I was a nervous about interviewing, but Christopher provided me with very important tips, and in-depth information on how to really make a good impression. With the tools that Aerotek provided me with, I got the job very shortly after, and have even been promoted twice since then. And to this day, I am loving the company that I work for.. All of the people that have negative experiences with Aerotek are the ones who arent serious in the first place.
