It has been a pleasure working for J and J Staffing thus far! I had been out of the "workforce" for 3 years when I decided to sign on with J and J. I had never before worked for a staffing agency therefore I didnt know what to expect. My first assignment was nothing short of excellent. The office that I was employed with was a great first experience. My coworkers and the management staff were friendly, welcoming, and most importantly professional. What started out as a 2 week assignment turned into a 4 month addition to my work history. Not only was I impressed with the office that I was assigned to, they were impressed with me as well. The office staff raved about what an exceptional employee I was and commended J and J for providing "top notch professional" employees. My experience working for J and J staffing has exceeded my expectations. I feel that the customers/companies that J and J services are professional and reputable. I would highly recommend J and J to anyone who is a qualified employee looking for superior employment assistance. Worse temp service ever. So I went and did the tests and interview. It is now going on 3 weeks and no phone call. So I decided to call them to see if they had any work and for the past 3 weeks its been no work or as they say, nothing as of right now. Smh, why do you keep getting people to come in and apply knowing that you have no work for them?
