I brought 4 brand new tires. Cost me around 395. Ok so it hasnt even been 2 weeks since they put them on and already I caught a flat on my front right tire. I called them and since i didnt buy the hazard insurance they said I would have to pay for a plug or buy a new tire. I will never buy tires from them again because of the cheap quality they are. You been warned. Not even 2k miles on the tires. Im just so pissed off

Called 3xs and put on hold for 10min.. then the associate had the nerve to tell me she was with a customer,what am I? This type of arrogant customer service was enough to take my business elsewhere to buy tires on black Friday. Oh,it always seem to happen at this store in cherry hill that the attitude of the Hispanic inner city woman give off is very unprofessional.
